Is the 45-minute service available for 7.5t, 18t and artic vehicles?
The rapid 45-minute message applies to courier vans where local availability permits. HGV and articulated haulage requires checks covering the vehicle specification, driver hours, loading access and current position. We will confirm the earliest realistic collection time for larger vehicles.
Can you collect from a place not shown in the directory?
Yes. The directory covers 461 important locations, but it is not every UK postcode. Send us the full collection postcode and we will check suitable local vehicle availability.
Do you collect from ports and airports?
Yes. We arrange collections and deliveries involving major UK ports, airports, cargo handlers and surrounding logistics parks. Booking references, handling-agent details, security requirements, opening hours and waiting procedures should be supplied at enquiry stage.
