01 / Same-day & dedicated courier
Chorley courier.
A direct delivery.
An urgent commercial handover needs the right vehicle and a named recipient. We arrange dedicated transport around the actual goods, release time and receiving arrangements.
Electronic components, rail spares and urgent supplies
Give the precise collecting business, unit, release contact and reference. Send the complete packed dimensions and individual weights, with protection, upright-only or fragile-goods instructions.
Disclose batteries, chemicals or controlled goods before acceptance. A business address or industry description does not establish suitable loading equipment or permission for every consignment.
Stock, project supplies and suitable pallets
Commercial stock, print, equipment cases and suitable pallets can need a dedicated collection or delivery. Include packaging and projections, quantity and individual weights.
Confirm loading staff, forklift or other equipment and receiving arrangements at both ends. Bulky pieces can need more usable room than compact heavy parts. Discuss crew, placement and heavier freight through the haulage guidance.
Ready time, vehicle and receiving deadline
A van collection in Chorley may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the actual location, goods and suitable vehicle availability. Call for an estimate for your job. Rigids, artics and specialist equipment need a separate availability check.
Confirm when the goods are packed and released, loading staff are ready and the recipient can actually accept them. A visitor opening time or general reception address is not a goods-in appointment.
Local collection and onward UK delivery
For Chorley, Buckshaw Village, Euxton and Adlington, send both full addresses, the actual unit and goods entrance. Local transfers and onward UK delivery are assessed against ready time and the recipient's deadline.
The ready time, route and latest receiving time determine whether a same-day movement is achievable. European work also needs goods documents and customs responsibilities agreed. A collection estimate is not a delivery guarantee.
Updates and repeat collections
Our team remains your point of contact. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available; agree the recipient, updates and any signature, photograph or reference requirement when booking.
Scheduled supplier runs, stock transfers and out-of-hours enquiries can also be discussed. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Timing, vehicle allocation and site access are confirmed for the booking.
02 / General & dedicated haulage
Chorley haulage.
Planned around the load.
For dedicated pallet transport, heavier engineering freight or a regular trailer movement, Synergix arranges the vehicle and driver around your load, handling and receiving requirements. Options include 7.5t, 18t and 26t rigids, full artics and suitable specialist configurations.
Dedicated pallet transport
Tell us the actual loaded footprint, height, weight and whether the freight can be stacked. A nominal pallet size does not include a crate, machine or packaging that projects beyond it.
We arrange a dedicated vehicle for your palletised goods, with collection, delivery and loading agreed for your job. Our team coordinates the movement and remains your point of contact. Tell us about fragile freight, specific handling or a timed delivery when booking.
Full loads, part loads and repeat work
A full vehicle can support larger consignments, stock transfers, production schedules and loads needing dedicated capacity. Agree the body, floor space, payload and loading order.
Part-load haulage can also be discussed where a suitable arrangement is available. Agree its collection window, delivery plan and handling before booking. For regular work, send your collection frequency, usual volumes, busy periods, site opening hours and return-load requirements.
Choose the body as well as the lorry size
Box and curtainsider
A box body uses its specified door opening and loading arrangement. A curtainsider can allow suitable forklift loading from the side. Check clear aperture, side access and restraint; curtains alone are not a universal load-securing system.
Flatbed, crane and mounted forklift
Long material, machinery or a delivery without a forklift may need a different body or handling method. A HIAB-type crane and MOFFETT-type forklift do different jobs. Supply load weights, lifting points or fork access, required reach and site photographs.
Temperature-controlled loads
Specify the product, required temperature, collection condition, packaging and monitoring or handover records. A refrigeration unit changes the vehicle specification; confirm its actual payload and space.
Articulated and specialist trailers
Curtainsider, box, refrigerated, flatbed and specialist trailer requirements are assessed individually. A long or heavy item needs its full dimensions, weight distribution and loading plan checked. The illustrated range does not establish suitability for every load.
Getting it off matters just as much
Confirm a forklift, loading dock, tail lift or other agreed equipment at both ends. For a tail-lift delivery, we need the individual item weight, footprint, all weight on the platform, permitted handling method, load centre and the surface beyond the lift.
When pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck. This is Synergix's booking requirement. Lower weights can also need powered handling. A tail lift and pallet truck do not automatically solve gravel, slopes, steps or an unsuitable pallet.
Timed deliveries and urgent haulage
A booked distribution slot at Revolution Park, a factory shutdown or a construction delivery needs more than an arrival postcode. Send the booking reference, goods entrance, vehicle limits, loading method and a contact who can accept the load.
Urgent rigid or artic capacity can be assessed by our team. It does not carry the van collection estimate. Vehicle positioning, loading time, traffic, site appointments and applicable driver-hours limits determine the plan. UK, Ireland and European freight may also need ferry and goods-document arrangements.
Local work. Different requirements.
Transport shaped
by Chorley.
Chorley combines current automotive-electronics activity, Buckshaw distribution and rail-spares supply with town-centre businesses. A protected component, warehouse pallet and bulky project consignment each need their own handling plan. The named organisations establish local context, not Synergix customer relationships. The transport examples help identify the goods, handling and receiving details needed for an enquiry.
Scorpion Automotive
Electronics and automotive components
Scorpion identifies vehicle security and telematics design and manufacture, with its Chorley address on Drumhead Road. Protected electronic products, spares and supporting equipment are examples of different supplier enquiries.
Send packing, dimensions, weights, battery information and handling instructions. Confirm the actual release point, department and receiver. Manufacturer approvals and customer relationships do not transfer to the transport provider.
TVS Rail Spares, Buckshaw
Rail maintenance and parts handovers
TVS Rail Spares lists Logistics House on Buckshaw Avenue and provides rail-spares supply. A maintenance team can need delivery to a depot or project receiving point with a precise reference and deadline.
Give the packed dimensions, weight, quantity and protection, with release authorisation and the recipient contact. A rail-sector enquiry does not grant trackside permission. Confirm the authorised handover location, site access and any induction before dispatch.
Revolution Park and Buckshaw
Warehouse stock and regular freight
Chorley Council describes Buckshaw and Revolution Park as current commercial and distribution areas. Factory supplies, stock transfers and booked receiving slots can require a dedicated vehicle or a larger haulage movement.
Give the warehouse operator, unit, bay appointment and load reference. Include pallet footprints and individual weights, stacking, loading order and forklift or dock arrangements. A business-park address does not establish capacity or a universal goods-in window.
Town and project addresses
Retail supplies and bulky equipment
Shops, offices and surrounding project sites can need print, stock, equipment or fit-out materials handed to a named receiver. A central shop and an Adlington business yard can need different vehicle and placement arrangements.
Confirm the lawful stopping point, doors, stairs, receiving staff and final placement. Discuss crew, returns and regular work when booking. A tail lift does not resolve steps or unsuitable ground.
Local context: Scorpion Automotive, TVS Rail Spares, Council Buckshaw business sites.

Routes, loading
& site access.
Chorley connects with the M6 and M61 corridors, but the suitable final approach depends on the exact gate and vehicle. Confirm Buckshaw freight receiving separately from town-centre or project access.
Buckshaw and Euxton goods-in
Give the warehouse, unit, freight gate, appointment and reference, with contacts at collection and delivery. Obtain current approach instructions for the assigned van, rigid or artic.
Confirm docks, forklift availability, rear or side loading and yard turning space. A retail or visitor entrance is not a freight gate, and an estate access description does not guarantee receiving staff at any hour.
Chorley North and protected equipment
For Drumhead Road and neighbouring business addresses, give the actual collecting unit, department and release reference. Share current PPE, induction or advance driver information.
Disclose batteries, chemicals and sensitive goods before acceptance. Packaging, restraint, individual weights and equipment at both ends determine suitability.
Town centre, Adlington and rural approaches
Confirm current signs, lawful unloading, service-yard instructions and the recipient window. Include doors, steps, lifts and the final handover point for bulky goods.
Share narrow-lane, overhead, weight, turning and reversing limits at surrounding addresses. Check current Lancashire travel conditions; a familiar car approach does not establish HGV suitability.
Check official major-road conditions for the job date. Notify us promptly about changed gates, delayed releases or missed appointments so timing, equipment and price can be reassessed.

What affects the price?
Vehicle positioning, loaded distance, vehicle/body type and time at collection and delivery all contribute. Waiting, additional stops, handling equipment, extra labour, route charges and a return journey can alter the quote.
For ferry or European work, route timing and goods-document requirements also matter. We quote the actual movement; there is no single Chorley mileage price that fits every load.
What happens if something changes?
Tell us promptly about an extra pallet, heavier item, delayed release, changed entrance or missed slot. We can reassess the vehicle, deadline and cost before an unsuitable arrangement causes a problem.
An enquiry is the start of the conversation. Vehicle allocation, timing, handling and price are confirmed for the booking.

Before you book
Chorley transport
questions answered.
Courier, timing and delivery
How quickly can you collect in Chorley?
A van collection may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the address, goods and a suitable available vehicle. Call with the ready time and deadline for an estimate. Lorries, refrigerated vehicles and specialist equipment need their own availability and positioning check.
Can you deliver from Chorley elsewhere in the UK today?
It may be possible, depending on when the goods are ready, loading time, vehicle position, road conditions and the receiver’s latest acceptance time. Give us both addresses and the actual deadline. We assess the complete movement before confirming a plan.
Will my dedicated courier delivery stay on the same vehicle?
A dedicated courier movement normally stays on the same vehicle between the agreed collection and delivery points, without a parcel-network sorting hub. Tell us about additional stops, a return collection or any unusual route requirement so the arrangement is clear before booking.
Can I call at night, at weekends or on bank holidays?
Yes. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Call to discuss the movement and confirm the suitable vehicle, handling and receiving arrangements. Someone must be available to release the goods and accept them at the proposed times.
How will I know the goods have been delivered?
Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available. Agree the updates and receiving evidence you need when booking, including any named-recipient, signature, photograph or delivery reference requirement.
What happens if collection is delayed or the delivery slot changes?
Contact our team promptly. A later release, changed receiving slot or additional waiting can affect the vehicle, driver schedule, arrival plan and cost. Give us the new ready time and receiver’s instructions so we can reassess the movement.
Haulage, vehicles and handling
Do I need a courier or a haulage service?
Start with what needs moving and the deadline. An urgent component, parcel or suitable pallet may need a dedicated courier. Heavier freight, larger volumes, specialist bodies or repeat work may need a haulage arrangement. Send the load details and we will help you choose.
Can you arrange dedicated pallet transport in Chorley?
Yes, we assess dedicated pallet movements with the vehicle, collection and delivery agreed for the job. Send the loaded footprint, height, individual weights, quantity, stackability and unloading arrangements. Synergix does not offer pallet-network services.
Can you arrange full loads, part loads and regular haulage?
We can discuss full loads, regular work and supported part-load arrangements. The collection window, delivery plan, body, loading method and availability must suit the job. A part-load enquiry is assessed individually; it is not a pallet-network product.
How do I choose the right van or lorry?
Measure each item as it will travel, including packaging, the pallet and any overhang. Give the quantity, individual and total weights, stackability and any orientation limit. We check the actual load space, aperture, working payload, equipment and site access. Vehicle gross weight is not cargo payload.
Can I use LoadCheck before asking for a quote?
Yes. Enter packaged dimensions, item weights and quantities for an initial vehicle-size estimate. Send the result with your enquiry. LoadCheck does not confirm actual vehicle fit, restraint, loading equipment, payload, availability or a booking.
What if the receiving site has no forklift?
Tell us before booking. A suitable tail lift, mounted forklift, crane or agreed handling crew may be an option, but they solve different problems. We need the item weights, dimensions, fork access or lifting points, surface and final placement. Equipment does not come with every vehicle.
When must I request an electric pump truck?
Under Synergix’s booking rule, request an electric pump truck when pallet-truck handling is required for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more. Lighter pallets can need powered handling too. Check the lift and platform capacity, footprint, all weight on the platform, ground and handling method. The threshold is not automatic proof of safe handling.
Do goods need packaging for a dedicated journey?
Yes, they need packaging suitable for the goods and the planned handling. A dedicated vehicle does not remove the risk of movement during loading and travel. Protect fragile surfaces, sharp edges and delicate equipment; tell us about upright-only, non-stackable or special restraint requirements.
Can you provide refrigerated transport or event refrigeration?
We can assess both, with the product, temperature and handover requirements agreed. Refrigerated road transport moves goods under an agreed temperature arrangement. Stationary event refrigeration provides storage at a venue. Explain which you need, the duration, access and any power requirement.
Chorley access and local handovers
What do you need for a Buckshaw warehouse collection?
Send the operator, unit, goods gate, release reference and appointment. Include pallet footprints, heights, individual weights and loading order. Confirm forklift or dock arrangements at both ends and when the goods and loading staff will be ready.
Can you assess rail spares for a maintenance handover?
Yes. Provide the actual release point, authorised recipient, packed dimensions and weights, handling needs and receiving deadline. Obtain the correct depot or project access instructions. Rail-sector transport does not automatically include trackside access, installation or site clearance.
What details matter for electronic components?
Give protective packing, dimensions, weights and handling instructions, with any battery information. Identify the department, reference and named receiver. Disclose sensitive or controlled goods before acceptance. A manufacturer standard does not establish a transport certification.
Price, booking and ongoing work
What affects the price of a Chorley courier or haulage job?
Vehicle positioning, route distance, body and vehicle type, waiting, unloading, handling equipment, additional stops and the deadline affect the quote. Give accurate load and site details. Tell us about changes before dispatch so we can explain any effect on the arrangement or price.
What information do you need to book?
Send both full addresses and goods entrances, contact details, ready time and latest delivery time, item quantities, packaged dimensions, individual and total weights, stackability and loading equipment at both ends. Include access restrictions, references, photographs and any special handling or temperature requirement.
Can you discuss regular deliveries, warehousing or two-person work?
Yes. Give your usual route, frequency, volumes, receiving windows and seasonal peaks. Warehousing, cross-docking, retail distribution and agreed two-person delivery can be considered as part of a wider arrangement. Storage location, handling scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed separately.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry starts the discussion. The vehicle, collection and delivery plan, handling, price and booking acceptance must be confirmed. A generated enquiry reference or LoadCheck result does not establish vehicle allocation or successful email delivery.
