Your load.
The right vehicle.

Browse the van, rigid, articulated and specialist options, then open a vehicle guide for dimensions, body types and loading advice. You can ask for a particular vehicle or let us work from your load details.

Vehicle illustrations show example bodies. We confirm the actual vehicle, usable space, payload and equipment for your booking. Specialist configurations are subject to suitability and availability.

01 / Same-day & dedicated courier

Bridgnorth courier.
A direct delivery.

An urgent casting sample, replacement production part or time-sensitive document needs a clear collection release and a receiver who can accept it. We assess dedicated courier movements from Bridgnorth and nearby premises to the agreed destination.

Time-critical business consignments

Send the packaged dimensions, quantity, individual weights and exact ready time for parts, tools, samples, printed material or boxed stock. We select the smallest suitable vehicle around the goods and deadline.

Fragile finishes, upright-only goods and non-stackable cases need suitable packaging and restraint. Give the named receiver and any reference needed for handover.

Suitable pallets and bulky consignments

A dedicated courier can carry a suitable pallet or bulky item once actual fit, aperture, payload and handling have been checked. Include packaging overhang and the loaded pallet height.

For heavier freight, several pallets or specialist unloading, use the haulage guidance below. You can ask us to assess the job before choosing a van or lorry.

Ready time, vehicle and receiving deadline

A van collection in Bridgnorth may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the actual location, goods and suitable vehicle availability. Call for an estimate for your job. Rigids, artics and specialist equipment need a separate availability check.

Allow for release, loading and the recipient's receiving window as well as the road journey. Proximity to a principal road does not guarantee a vehicle is available.

Local collection and onward UK delivery

For Stanmore and Stourbridge Road premises, send the unit or goods gate rather than only the estate postcode. State whether machined surfaces, tooling or samples need individual protection, orientation control or a return movement.

The ready time, route and latest receiving time determine whether a same-day movement is achievable. European work also needs goods documents and customs responsibilities agreed. A collection estimate is not a delivery guarantee.

Updates and repeat collections

Our team remains your point of contact. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available; agree the recipient, updates and any signature, photograph or reference requirement when booking.

Scheduled supplier runs, stock transfers and out-of-hours enquiries can also be discussed. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Timing, vehicle allocation and site access are confirmed for the booking.

02 / General & dedicated haulage

Bridgnorth haulage.
Planned around the load.

For dedicated pallet transport, heavier engineering freight or a regular trailer movement, Synergix arranges the vehicle and driver around your load, handling and receiving requirements. Options include 7.5t, 18t and 26t rigids, full artics and suitable specialist configurations.

Dedicated pallet transport

Tell us the actual loaded footprint, height, weight and whether the freight can be stacked. A nominal pallet size does not include a crate, machine or packaging that projects beyond it.

We arrange a dedicated vehicle for your palletised goods, with collection, delivery and loading agreed for your job. Our team coordinates the movement and remains your point of contact. Tell us about fragile freight, specific handling or a timed delivery when booking.

Full loads, part loads and repeat work

A full vehicle can support larger consignments, stock transfers, production schedules and loads needing dedicated capacity. Agree the body, floor space, payload and loading order.

Part-load haulage can also be discussed where a suitable arrangement is available. Agree its collection window, delivery plan and handling before booking. For regular work, send your collection frequency, usual volumes, busy periods, site opening hours and return-load requirements.

Choose the body as well as the lorry size

Box and curtainsider

A box body uses its specified door opening and loading arrangement. A curtainsider can allow suitable forklift loading from the side. Check clear aperture, side access and restraint; curtains alone are not a universal load-securing system.

Flatbed, crane and mounted forklift

Long material, machinery or a delivery without a forklift may need a different body or handling method. A HIAB-type crane and MOFFETT-type forklift do different jobs. Supply load weights, lifting points or fork access, required reach and site photographs.

Temperature-controlled loads

Specify the product, required temperature, collection condition, packaging and monitoring or handover records. A refrigeration unit changes the vehicle specification; confirm its actual payload and space.

Articulated and specialist trailers

Curtainsider, box, refrigerated, flatbed and specialist trailer requirements are assessed individually. A long or heavy item needs its full dimensions, weight distribution and loading plan checked. The illustrated range does not establish suitability for every load.

Getting it off matters just as much

Confirm a forklift, loading dock, tail lift or other agreed equipment at both ends. For a tail-lift delivery, we need the individual item weight, footprint, all weight on the platform, permitted handling method, load centre and the surface beyond the lift.

When pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck. This is Synergix's booking requirement. Lower weights can also need powered handling. A tail lift and pallet truck do not automatically solve gravel, slopes, steps or an unsuitable pallet.

Read our tail-lift and pallet-truck guidance.

Timed deliveries and urgent haulage

For a booked Stanmore load, confirm the gate, purchase reference, loading side and forklift availability before fixing the vehicle arrival.

Urgent rigid or artic capacity can be assessed by our team. It does not carry the van collection estimate. Vehicle positioning, loading time, traffic, site appointments and applicable driver-hours limits determine the plan. UK, Ireland and European freight may also need ferry and goods-document arrangements.

Local work. Different requirements.

Transport shaped
by Bridgnorth.

Different loads need different plans. These verified local industries and commercial areas help explain the booking details that matter. Named businesses provide local context, not claims of Synergix customers.

Local transport planning

Aluminium and manufacturing

Bridgnorth Aluminium's integrated production and the town's casting businesses give the area a substantial metals manufacturing base. Samples, spares and finished stock can need very different vehicles.

Confirm the packaged weight, support points and securing method. A coil or dense metal item needs a specific loading plan, even where its footprint looks small.

Local transport planning

Defence casting supply chains

Grainger & Worrall identifies defence castings among its services at Stanmore Industrial Estate. Prototype and production work can involve valuable parts moving between manufacturing, machining and inspection.

Give the part release time, packaging requirements and named receiving contact. Any security, export-control or specialist handling requirements must be discussed for the actual consignment.

Local transport planning

Shops and local business deliveries

A town-centre replenishment run has a different handover from a booked factory load. Tell us whether the receiver needs cartons carried inside or palletised goods presented at a bay.

Share the shop's goods entrance and available unloading period. Agree two-person handling or placement before collection when the delivery goes beyond the vehicle side.

Local transport planning

Rural sites and planned supply

Surrounding farms, workshops and venues may need stock, equipment or event materials without a conventional loading dock. A planned movement allows the load and site access to be assessed together.

Photographs of the approach and unloading point help. Describe hardstanding, slopes and the equipment at each end rather than assuming a tail lift can work on any surface.

The last mile matters

Routes, loading
& site access.

The last part of the journey needs the same attention as the main road. Give the precise goods entrance, receiving instructions and vehicle restrictions before dispatch, so we can assess the complete approach and unloading area.

Local transport planning

A458, A442 and A454 approaches

Bridgnorth connects with Shropshire and the Black Country through its principal road corridors. The final approach to a premises still needs to suit the chosen vehicle.

Provide any known bridge, width or turning restrictions. We assess the actual load and route before agreeing a collection plan.

Local transport planning

Stanmore and Stourbridge Road

A manufacturer can have separate visitor, goods-in and dispatch entrances. Send the full business name, unit, gate instructions and any booking reference.

Confirm forklift or crane availability and whether side or rear loading is required. A load ready in the workshop may still need packing and release before a vehicle arrives.

Local transport planning

High Town and Low Town handovers

Identify the precise street and unloading point for a central delivery. Town-centre access should be checked against the recipient's current instructions and the signs on the route.

Explain the carrying distance, steps and access to the receiving room. Those details affect crew and handling arrangements as well as vehicle selection.

Local transport planning

Village and farm approaches

For outlying premises, send a usable approach confirmed by the site contact. A postcode may lead to a narrow lane or the wrong entrance.

Give gate width, clearance, surface and turning space, with photographs where practical. Keep the unloading area available for the booked vehicle.

Confirm the last few metres

Describe the gate, turning area, ground, slope, kerb and final placement. Photos help with an awkward entrance. A tail lift lowers freight; it does not move a pallet across gravel or up steps.

A useful enquiry. A clearer quote.

Tell us the job.
We will help plan it.

  1. The two addressesCollection and delivery postcodes, company/unit names, goods entrances and a contact at each end.
  2. What needs movingGoods description, item or pallet count, packaged dimensions, total and individual weights, stackability and photographs where useful.
  3. When it is readyDate, ready time, latest arrival, goods-in closing time and any booked slot or reference. Identify fixed deadlines.
  4. How it will be handledForklift, dock, tail lift, pallet truck, crane or crew at both ends. Include surface, aperture and vehicle-access limits.
  5. Any special requirementFragile finish, temperature, regulated goods, multiple stops, returnable packaging, returns or agreed final placement.
  6. Updates and repeat workYour preferred contact, delivery evidence and, for regular transport, frequency, expected volumes and seasonal peaks.

What affects the price?

Vehicle positioning, loaded distance, vehicle/body type and time at collection and delivery all contribute. Waiting, additional stops, handling equipment, extra labour, route charges and a return journey can alter the quote.

For ferry or European work, route timing and goods-document requirements also matter. We quote the actual movement; there is no single Bridgnorth mileage price that fits every load.

What happens if something changes?

Tell us promptly about an extra pallet, heavier item, delayed release, changed entrance or missed slot. We can reassess the vehicle, deadline and cost before an unsuitable arrangement causes a problem.

An enquiry is the start of the conversation. Vehicle allocation, timing, handling and price are confirmed for the booking.

Before you book

Bridgnorth transport
questions answered.

Courier, timing and delivery

How quickly can you collect in Bridgnorth?

A van collection may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the address, goods and a suitable available vehicle. Call with the ready time and deadline for an estimate. Lorries, refrigerated vehicles and specialist equipment need their own availability and positioning check.

Can you deliver from Bridgnorth elsewhere in the UK today?

It may be possible, depending on when the goods are ready, loading time, vehicle position, road conditions and the receiver’s latest acceptance time. Give us both addresses and the actual deadline. We assess the complete movement before confirming a plan.

Will my dedicated courier delivery stay on the same vehicle?

A dedicated courier movement normally stays on the same vehicle between the agreed collection and delivery points, without a parcel-network sorting hub. Tell us about additional stops, a return collection or any unusual route requirement so the arrangement is clear before booking.

Can I call at night, at weekends or on bank holidays?

Yes. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Call to discuss the movement and confirm the suitable vehicle, handling and receiving arrangements. Someone must be available to release the goods and accept them at the proposed times.

How will I know the goods have been delivered?

Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available. Agree the updates and receiving evidence you need when booking, including any named-recipient, signature, photograph or delivery reference requirement.

What happens if collection is delayed or the delivery slot changes?

Contact our team promptly. A later release, changed receiving slot or additional waiting can affect the vehicle, driver schedule, arrival plan and cost. Give us the new ready time and receiver’s instructions so we can reassess the movement.

Haulage, vehicles and handling

Do I need a courier or a haulage service?

Start with what needs moving and the deadline. An urgent component, parcel or suitable pallet may need a dedicated courier. Heavier freight, larger volumes, specialist bodies or repeat work may need a haulage arrangement. Send the load details and we will help you choose.

Can you arrange dedicated pallet transport in Bridgnorth?

Yes, we assess dedicated pallet movements with the vehicle, collection and delivery agreed for the job. Send the loaded footprint, height, individual weights, quantity, stackability and unloading arrangements. Synergix does not offer pallet-network services.

Can you arrange full loads, part loads and regular haulage?

We can discuss full loads, regular work and supported part-load arrangements. The collection window, delivery plan, body, loading method and availability must suit the job. A part-load enquiry is assessed individually; it is not a pallet-network product.

How do I choose the right van or lorry?

Measure each item as it will travel, including packaging, the pallet and any overhang. Give the quantity, individual and total weights, stackability and any orientation limit. We check the actual load space, aperture, working payload, equipment and site access. Vehicle gross weight is not cargo payload.

Can I use LoadCheck before asking for a quote?

Yes. Enter packaged dimensions, item weights and quantities for an initial vehicle-size estimate. Send the result with your enquiry. LoadCheck does not confirm actual vehicle fit, restraint, loading equipment, payload, availability or a booking.

Open LoadCheck

What if the receiving site has no forklift?

Tell us before booking. A suitable tail lift, mounted forklift, crane or agreed handling crew may be an option, but they solve different problems. We need the item weights, dimensions, fork access or lifting points, surface and final placement. Equipment does not come with every vehicle.

When must I request an electric pump truck?

Under Synergix’s booking rule, request an electric pump truck when pallet-truck handling is required for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more. Lighter pallets can need powered handling too. Check the lift and platform capacity, footprint, all weight on the platform, ground and handling method. The threshold is not automatic proof of safe handling.

Do goods need packaging for a dedicated journey?

Yes, they need packaging suitable for the goods and the planned handling. A dedicated vehicle does not remove the risk of movement during loading and travel. Protect fragile surfaces, sharp edges and delicate equipment; tell us about upright-only, non-stackable or special restraint requirements.

Can you provide refrigerated transport or event refrigeration?

We can assess both, with the product, temperature and handover requirements agreed. Refrigerated road transport moves goods under an agreed temperature arrangement. Stationary event refrigeration provides storage at a venue. Explain which you need, the duration, access and any power requirement.

Bridgnorth access and local handovers

Can you collect an urgent part from Stanmore Industrial Estate?

We can assess the movement once the supplier confirms that the packaged goods are released. Send the exact unit or goods gate, dimensions, weights, ready time and delivery deadline, plus the receiver's contact.

What do you need for a metal casting or aluminium load?

Send the packaged dimensions and total weight, support and restraint requirements, and the loading equipment at both ends. Tell us about exposed machined surfaces, non-stackable packaging and any special orientation.

Can a pallet be unloaded at a rural Bridgnorth address?

That depends on the load, equipment and site. A tail lift needs a suitable operating area, and a pallet truck needs an appropriate surface. Send approach and unloading photographs so the handling can be assessed.

Can a Bridgnorth courier deliver elsewhere in the UK?

Yes, we can assess a dedicated journey to the agreed UK destination. Collection readiness, receiving hours, route and suitable vehicle availability determine the workable plan.

Price, booking and ongoing work

What affects the price of a Bridgnorth courier or haulage job?

Vehicle positioning, route distance, body and vehicle type, waiting, unloading, handling equipment, additional stops and the deadline affect the quote. Give accurate load and site details. Tell us about changes before dispatch so we can explain any effect on the arrangement or price.

What information do you need to book?

Send both full addresses and goods entrances, contact details, ready time and latest delivery time, item quantities, packaged dimensions, individual and total weights, stackability and loading equipment at both ends. Include access restrictions, references, photographs and any special handling or temperature requirement.

Can you discuss regular deliveries, warehousing or two-person work?

Yes. Give your usual route, frequency, volumes, receiving windows and seasonal peaks. Warehousing, cross-docking, retail distribution and agreed two-person delivery can be considered as part of a wider arrangement. Storage location, handling scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed separately.

Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?

No. An enquiry starts the discussion. The vehicle, collection and delivery plan, handling, price and booking acceptance must be confirmed. A generated enquiry reference or LoadCheck result does not establish vehicle allocation or successful email delivery.
