01 / Same-day & dedicated courier
Craigavon courier.
A direct delivery.
If a missing component is holding up production, an event is waiting for its equipment or a customer needs stock today, call with the actual deadline. We arrange dedicated collection and delivery between the agreed points, without a parcel-network sorting hub.
Urgent business consignments
Documents, engineering parts, samples, tools, print, boxed stock and IT equipment can all need a dedicated courier. The smallest suitable vehicle depends on the packaged goods, not the label “parcel”. Send the quantity, dimensions and weights.
A server, delicate prototype or finished component needs packaging that protects it during loading and travel. Tell us if it must stay upright, cannot be stacked or needs a named recipient.
Pallets and bulky items
Courier work can include a suitable pallet or bulky consignment. We check the vehicle aperture, usable space, payload and unloading method. A pallet does not automatically fit a van just because it fits on the floor.
For heavier loads, several pallets or specialised unloading, see the haulage guidance. You can enquire without choosing the lorry first.
How quickly can we collect?
Call with the two postcodes and the actual deadline. We check Northern Ireland vehicle availability for your job. A Great Britain crossing needs a separate sailing and onward-delivery plan; a local collection estimate is not a mainland arrival promise.
Collection speed is only part of the plan. Tell us when the goods will be released, how long loading will take and the receiver’s latest acceptance time. A maintenance part ready at Seagoe may be a straightforward local road job. An assembly going to a customer in Great Britain needs sailing space and enough time after the crossing to reach the receiving team.
Craigavon collections and onward UK delivery
A ready component at Seagoe, a boxed order in Lurgan and a workshop collection in Portadown need their own collection instructions. Give the company, unit, department and goods entrance, plus the contact authorised to release the load. Include packaging, individual weights and the latest useful arrival.
For local Northern Ireland work, we assess the available vehicle and direct road movement. A Great Britain delivery also needs a suitable freight crossing, check-in and onward journey. Tell us about production-release delays, site appointments and final receiving hours before a collection is agreed.
Updates, proof of delivery and repeat work
Our team remains your contact for the movement. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available; agree any named-recipient, signature, photograph or reference requirements when booking.
We also assess scheduled supplier collections, branch transfers, multi-stop work and repeat courier routes. Phones are answered 24/7/365. The vehicle, crew and access at each end are confirmed for the booking.
02 / General & dedicated haulage
Craigavon haulage.
Planned around the load.
For dedicated pallet transport, heavier engineering freight or a regular trailer movement, Synergix arranges the vehicle and driver around your load, handling and receiving requirements. Options include 7.5t, 18t and 26t rigids, full artics and suitable specialist configurations.
Dedicated pallet transport
Tell us the actual loaded footprint, height, weight and whether the freight can be stacked. A nominal pallet size does not include a crate, machine or packaging that projects beyond it.
We arrange a dedicated vehicle for your palletised goods, with collection, delivery and loading agreed for your job. Our team coordinates the movement and remains your point of contact. Tell us about fragile freight, specific handling or a timed delivery when booking.
Full loads, part loads and repeat work
A full vehicle can support larger consignments, stock transfers, production schedules and loads needing dedicated capacity. Agree the body, floor space, payload and loading order.
Part-load haulage can also be discussed where a suitable arrangement is available. Agree its collection window, delivery plan and handling before booking. For regular work, send your collection frequency, usual volumes, busy periods, site opening hours and return-load requirements.
Choose the body as well as the lorry size
Box and curtainsider
A box body uses its specified door opening and loading arrangement. A curtainsider can allow suitable forklift loading from the side. Check clear aperture, side access and restraint; curtains alone are not a universal load-securing system.
Flatbed, crane and mounted forklift
Long material, machinery or a delivery without a forklift may need a different body or handling method. A HIAB-type crane and MOFFETT-type forklift do different jobs. Supply load weights, lifting points or fork access, required reach and site photographs.
Temperature-controlled loads
Specify the product, required temperature, collection condition, packaging and monitoring or handover records. A refrigeration unit changes the vehicle specification; confirm its actual payload and space.
Articulated and specialist trailers
Curtainsider, box, refrigerated, flatbed and specialist trailer requirements are assessed individually. A long or heavy item needs its full dimensions, weight distribution and loading plan checked. The illustrated range does not establish suitability for every load.
Getting it off matters just as much
Confirm a forklift, loading dock, tail lift or other agreed equipment at both ends. For a tail-lift delivery, we need the individual item weight, footprint, all weight on the platform, permitted handling method, load centre and the surface beyond the lift.
When pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck. This is Synergix's booking requirement. Lower weights can also need powered handling. A tail lift and pallet truck do not automatically solve gravel, slopes, steps or an unsuitable pallet.
Timed deliveries and urgent haulage
For Craigavon industrial collections, send the unit, correct gate and slot reference along with each pallet’s footprint, height and loaded weight. Confirm the forklift, dock or side-loading arrangement at both ends. If the load includes machinery or an entire forklift, identify it explicitly so suitable equipment, restraint and access can be assessed. Regular work needs the collection pattern, volumes and receiving windows.
Urgent rigid or artic capacity can be assessed by our team. It does not carry the van collection estimate. Vehicle positioning, loading time, traffic, site appointments and applicable driver-hours limits determine the plan. UK, Ireland and European freight may also need ferry and goods-document arrangements.
Local work. Different requirements.
Transport shaped
by Craigavon.
Craigavon’s pharmaceutical activity, aircraft-seat production and industrial forklift manufacturing bring different loads to the same wider area. Protecting a component, loading a bulky assembly and delivering palletised supplies require different decisions.
Seagoe life sciences
Pharmaceutical-site supplies and equipment
Almac’s Craigavon operations include pharmaceutical development, diagnostics and clinical services, with several departments and addresses around Seagoe Industrial Estate. A booking needs the actual site and receiving department.
Describe equipment, packaging materials or other supplies precisely, with the required transport conditions and release details. Tell us before booking about temperature, security or regulated contents so the job can be assessed. A manufacturing-site address alone does not identify a suitable service.
Portadown aerospace
Aircraft seating parts and protected assemblies
Thompson Aero Seating designs and manufactures aircraft seating at its Portadown facility in Seagoe Industrial Estate. Finished assemblies, moulded parts, tooling and supplier items can have very different footprints and protection needs.
Send the packed dimensions, individual weights, orientation and stacking limits. Explain fragile finishes, cases or transport frames and who will unload. Agree the handover and any site conditions before dispatch, especially where the deadline depends on production or inspection release.
Industrial production
Forklift manufacturing and engineering supplies
Hyster-Yale’s current manufacturing footprint includes Craigavon. The area’s industrial context makes maintenance spares, components, tools and production supplies relevant transport enquiries.
Identify whether the booking concerns boxed parts, a palletised assembly or complete machinery. Give handling points, weight distribution and lifting arrangements where relevant. The vehicle must match safe loading and restraint as well as overall load size.
Local business deliveries
Commercial stock and repeat distribution
Business premises across central Craigavon, Lurgan and Portadown can need stock, print, display fittings, building supplies and scheduled supplier collections. A regular run benefits from a clear stop-by-stop plan.
Send receiving windows, quantities and unloading facilities for each stop. Include returns, empty packaging and any agreed two-person handling. If help is needed beyond delivery, describe the carrying distance, stairs or final position so the scope can be confirmed.
Local sector context: Almac’s Craigavon locations and Thompson’s Portadown manufacturing. Named organisations provide local context, not claims of Synergix customers.

Routes, loading
& site access.
Central Craigavon, Portadown and Lurgan are linked places with distinct collection addresses. The useful booking detail is the correct gate and final approach, alongside the M1, M12 or A3 journey.
M1, M12 and A3 connections
The M1 and M12 connect the wider Craigavon area with regional routes, while the A3 serves Portadown and the surrounding corridor. The final road into the premises still needs checking for the booked vehicle.
Give the full postcode, goods entrance and any height, width, weight or turning restriction. Current signs and road conditions govern access. Include waiting and loading time when a delivery window is tight.
Seagoe and Charlestown Road handovers
A Seagoe collection needs the named business, unit or department and the actual loading point. Several operations may use nearby addresses, so a company name alone can leave the vehicle at the wrong entrance.
Provide a release or booking reference, site contact and receiving window. Confirm forklift, dock or other equipment and whether side loading is possible. Office and visitor reception details should not replace goods-in instructions.
Lurgan and Portadown commercial premises
For a shop, workshop or town-centre business, obtain a lawful loading position and the recipient’s current delivery instructions. Explain a rear service yard, shared entrance or restricted turning area.
Include vehicle restrictions, permitted delivery times and the distance from vehicle to receiver. If the goods need carrying inside, give doorway sizes, steps and handling requirements before the job is allocated.
Rural and outlying addresses
For an outlying workshop, farm or village business, describe the last approach as well as the postcode. A clear entrance location, contact number and photographs help with an unfamiliar lane or yard.
Tell us about narrow gates, overhead obstructions, gradients, weak surfaces and turning room. Confirm firm, level unloading space and suitable equipment. A load fitting an artic does not establish that an artic can reach the site.
Great Britain freight and final deadlines
A Craigavon collection for Great Britain needs a confirmed road and sea schedule, suitable freight acceptance and enough onward time to reach the receiver. State the final acceptance deadline and whether the goods are ready for release.
The information required depends on direction, goods status and route. HMRC’s inbound movement guidance explains conditional simplified processes. Agree documentation responsibilities and any separate clearance provision before dispatch.
Technical or controlled-site receiving
A pharmaceutical operation or aerospace workplace may require booked receiving, identification or an authorised contact. Obtain the actual instructions from the organisation receiving the goods.
Declare the precise contents, including batteries, chemicals, temperature conditions or security requirements. Acceptance and access must be agreed for the load. General courier coverage does not supply a site pass or regulated-goods approval.
Confirm the last few metres
Describe the ground, slope, kerb, steps, loading bay and final placement. Photos help with a narrow yard or awkward entrance. A tail lift lowers goods; it does not move a pallet over gravel, up steps or through a doorway.
Craigavon and surrounding areas
Where is your
collection?
We assess collections and deliveries across Craigavon and the surrounding area, with onward UK transport. These groups help describe the job. They are coverage areas, not Synergix branch locations or fixed service boundaries.
Craigavon, Lurgan and Portadown
Central Craigavon, Lurgan, Portadown and surrounding business addresses.
Use the exact town, postcode, building and receiving contact so the correct location is planned.
Industrial-estate collections
Seagoe Industrial Estate, Charlestown Road, Carn and nearby industrial premises.
Name the operator and goods entrance, with release details, slot and loading method.
Surrounding areas and onward journeys
Moira, Waringstown, Gilford and other surrounding addresses can be discussed.
Availability is assessed for the actual address and load. Great Britain and Republic of Ireland journeys need their own movement plan.

What affects the price?
Vehicle positioning, loaded distance, vehicle/body type and time at collection and delivery all contribute. Waiting, additional stops, handling equipment, extra labour, route charges and a return journey can alter the quote.
For ferry or European work, route timing and goods-document requirements also matter. We quote the actual movement; there is no single Craigavon mileage price that fits every load.
What happens if something changes?
Tell us promptly about an extra pallet, heavier item, delayed release, changed entrance or missed slot. We can reassess the vehicle, deadline and cost before an unsuitable arrangement causes a problem.
An enquiry is the start of the conversation. Vehicle allocation, timing, handling and price are confirmed for the booking.

Craigavon and the surrounding area
The map shows Craigavon in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, with Portadown and Lurgan in the surrounding area. It illustrates coverage geography. A named factory, industrial unit or rural collection still needs its exact postcode and goods entrance. Send both full addresses and the correct goods entrances when enquiring.
This is an area map. It does not mark a Synergix office, establish a fixed service boundary or provide HGV routing. Our team confirms collection, delivery and access for the job.

Before you book
Craigavon transport
questions answered.
Courier, timing and delivery
How quickly can you collect in Craigavon?
Call with the collection postcode, ready time and deadline. Northern Ireland availability is checked individually. Ferry space, check-in and onward travel must be planned separately for Great Britain movements.
Can you deliver from Craigavon to Great Britain?
A Great Britain journey needs a ferry crossing and onward driving as well as collection. Send both addresses, the goods ready time and final receiving deadline. We assess sailing availability, check-in, goods-document arrangements and the complete journey before agreeing timing.
What can a dedicated courier carry?
Courier work can include documents, parts, samples, print, IT equipment, technical cases, boxed stock and suitable bulky or palletised goods. Give the packaged dimensions, quantities and individual weights so we can assess the vehicle, loading and receiving arrangements.
Will a dedicated courier load stay on the same vehicle?
It normally stays on the same vehicle between the agreed collection and delivery points, without a parcel-network sorting hub. Tell us about extra stops, returns or unusual route requirements so the arrangement is clear before booking.
Can I call at night or at the weekend?
Yes. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Call to discuss the load and confirm a suitable vehicle and plan. Someone must be available to release the goods and accept them at the agreed times.
How will I receive delivery updates and proof of delivery?
Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available. Agree the updates and evidence you need when booking, including a named recipient, signature, photograph or delivery reference.
Haulage, vehicles and unloading
Do I need a courier or a haulage arrangement?
Start with the goods and deadline. An urgent part, technical case or suitable pallet may need a courier. Heavier freight, larger volumes, specialist bodies or repeat loads may need haulage. Send the load and site details and we will help you choose.
Can you arrange dedicated pallet transport in Craigavon?
Yes, we assess dedicated pallet movements with collection, delivery and a suitable vehicle agreed for the job. Send the loaded footprint, height, individual weights, quantity, stackability and loading at both ends. Synergix does not offer pallet-network services.
Can you discuss full loads, part loads and regular deliveries?
Yes. Full loads, regular haulage and supported part-load arrangements can be discussed. Agree the body, loading, collection window and delivery plan. Part-load availability is assessed individually; it is not a pallet-network product.
How do I choose a van or lorry, and can LoadCheck help?
Measure each item as it will travel, including packaging, the pallet and overhang. Enter packaged dimensions, weights and quantities into LoadCheck for an initial size estimate. Our team confirms actual fit, usable payload, apertures, restraint, equipment, access and availability.
What if the delivery site has no forklift?
Tell us before booking. A suitable tail lift, mounted forklift, crane or agreed crew may be an option, depending on the goods and site. Send item weights, dimensions, fork access or lifting points, ground conditions and final placement. These handling methods solve different problems and must be agreed.
When must I request an electric pump truck?
Under Synergix’s booking rule, request an electric pump truck when pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more. Lighter pallets may also need powered handling. Platform load, footprint, ground and the actual equipment still need checking.
Can you assess a crane or mounted-forklift delivery?
Yes. Send the precise goods, individual weights, dimensions, lifting points or fork access, required placement and photographs of the unloading area. Crane reach and support conditions differ from forklift access. Suitability, equipment and availability are confirmed for the job.
Can you arrange refrigerated transport or event refrigeration?
We can assess both, with the product, required temperature and handover agreed. Refrigerated transport moves goods under an agreed temperature arrangement. Stationary event refrigeration provides storage at a venue. Tell us which you need, the duration, access and any power requirement.
Craigavon access and local handovers
Can you collect from Seagoe Industrial Estate?
Yes, we can assess a collection when you provide the business, department, correct goods entrance, ready time and any slot or release reference. Send packaged dimensions and individual weights, plus the loading equipment available. We confirm the vehicle and availability for that particular job.
Can a Craigavon load reach Great Britain the same day?
It depends on the complete journey. We check readiness, road travel to the port, freight acceptance, sailing space and onward travel against the receiver’s hours and applicable driver limits. A prompt collection does not by itself establish same-day delivery in Great Britain.
Can you assess aircraft parts or supplies for a pharmaceutical site?
Send the exact goods description, protective packing, dimensions, weights and required transport conditions. Give the authorised receiving team and any security or regulatory requirements. We assess acceptance and handling before agreeing the movement; the industry label alone is insufficient.
What determines the price of a Craigavon courier or haulage job?
The two addresses, packaged load, vehicle and equipment, readiness, delivery window and handling affect the quote. Crossings, waiting, additional stops and specialist arrangements also matter. Send the complete requirement so the quote reflects the job you need.
Can you transport a complete forklift rather than boxed parts?
Describe the machine clearly and send its weight, dimensions, condition, lifting or loading method and both site approaches. A complete forklift needs its own equipment and restraint assessment. Do not book it as an ordinary pallet of components.
Price, booking and changes
What affects the price of a Craigavon courier or haulage job?
Vehicle positioning, route distance, body type, deadline, waiting, loading, extra stops, handling equipment and additional labour affect the quote. Send accurate goods and site details. We price the actual arrangement rather than applying one mileage rate to every load.
How do I book, and what happens if the job changes?
Request a quote or call with both addresses, packaged dimensions, individual and total weights, quantities, ready time, deadline, contacts and handling at both ends. We confirm the vehicle, plan and price for the booking. Tell us promptly about added goods, delayed release or a changed slot so we can reassess.
Can you discuss warehousing, retail distribution or two-person delivery?
Yes. Send the usual route, frequency, volumes, receiving windows and seasonal peaks. Warehousing, cross-docking, retail distribution and agreed two-person handling can be considered within a wider arrangement. Storage location, handling scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed separately.
