01 / Same-day & dedicated courier
Newham courier.
A direct delivery.
A Newham exhibition, supplier or stock handover needs goods that are released and someone ready to receive them. We arrange dedicated courier movements around the packed consignment, actual goods entrance and fixed deadline, with onward UK delivery assessed for the job.
Exhibition cases, supplier parts, boxed stock and protected equipment
Give the precise collecting business, unit, release contact and reference. Send the complete packed dimensions and individual weights, with protection, upright-only or fragile-goods instructions.
Disclose batteries, chemicals or controlled goods before acceptance. A business address or industry description does not establish suitable loading equipment or permission for every consignment.
Stock, project supplies and suitable pallets
Commercial stock, print, equipment cases and suitable pallets can need a dedicated collection or delivery. Include packaging and projections, quantity and individual weights.
Confirm loading staff, forklift or other equipment and receiving arrangements at both ends. Bulky pieces can need more usable room than compact heavy parts. Discuss crew, placement and heavier freight through the haulage guidance.
Ready time, vehicle and receiving deadline
A van collection in Newham may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the actual location, goods and suitable vehicle availability. Call for an estimate for your job. Rigids, artics and specialist equipment need a separate availability check.
Confirm when the goods are packed and released, loading staff are ready and the recipient can actually accept them. A visitor opening time or general reception address is not a goods-in appointment.
Local collection and onward UK delivery
For Stratford, Canning Town, Silvertown, Royal Docks and East Ham, send both full addresses, the actual unit and goods entrance. Local transfers and onward UK delivery are assessed against ready time and the recipient's deadline.
The ready time, route and latest receiving time determine whether a same-day movement is achievable. European work also needs goods documents and customs responsibilities agreed. A collection estimate is not a delivery guarantee.
Updates and repeat collections
Our team remains your point of contact. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available; agree the recipient, updates and any signature, photograph or reference requirement when booking.
Scheduled supplier runs, stock transfers and out-of-hours enquiries can also be discussed. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Timing, vehicle allocation and site access are confirmed for the booking.
02 / General & dedicated haulage
Newham haulage.
Planned around the load.
For dedicated pallet transport, heavier engineering freight or a regular trailer movement, Synergix arranges the vehicle and driver around your load, handling and receiving requirements. Options include 7.5t, 18t and 26t rigids, full artics and suitable specialist configurations.
Dedicated pallet transport
Tell us the actual loaded footprint, height, weight and whether the freight can be stacked. A nominal pallet size does not include a crate, machine or packaging that projects beyond it.
We arrange a dedicated vehicle for your palletised goods, with collection, delivery and loading agreed for your job. Our team coordinates the movement and remains your point of contact. Tell us about fragile freight, specific handling or a timed delivery when booking.
Full loads, part loads and repeat work
A full vehicle can support larger consignments, stock transfers, production schedules and loads needing dedicated capacity. Agree the body, floor space, payload and loading order.
Part-load haulage can also be discussed where a suitable arrangement is available. Agree its collection window, delivery plan and handling before booking. For regular work, send your collection frequency, usual volumes, busy periods, site opening hours and return-load requirements.
Choose the body as well as the lorry size
Box and curtainsider
A box body uses its specified door opening and loading arrangement. A curtainsider can allow suitable forklift loading from the side. Check clear aperture, side access and restraint; curtains alone are not a universal load-securing system.
Flatbed, crane and mounted forklift
Long material, machinery or a delivery without a forklift may need a different body or handling method. A HIAB-type crane and MOFFETT-type forklift do different jobs. Supply load weights, lifting points or fork access, required reach and site photographs.
Temperature-controlled loads
Specify the product, required temperature, collection condition, packaging and monitoring or handover records. A refrigeration unit changes the vehicle specification; confirm its actual payload and space.
Articulated and specialist trailers
Curtainsider, box, refrigerated, flatbed and specialist trailer requirements are assessed individually. A long or heavy item needs its full dimensions, weight distribution and loading plan checked. The illustrated range does not establish suitability for every load.
Getting it off matters just as much
Confirm a forklift, loading dock, tail lift or other agreed equipment at both ends. For a tail-lift delivery, we need the individual item weight, footprint, all weight on the platform, permitted handling method, load centre and the surface beyond the lift.
When pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck. This is Synergix's booking requirement. Lower weights can also need powered handling. A tail lift and pallet truck do not automatically solve gravel, slopes, steps or an unsuitable pallet.
Timed deliveries and urgent haulage
A booked exhibition or industrial-unit slot in the Royal Docks, a factory shutdown or a construction delivery needs more than an arrival postcode. Send the booking reference, goods entrance, vehicle limits, loading method and a contact who can accept the load.
Urgent rigid or artic capacity can be assessed by our team. It does not carry the van collection estimate. Vehicle positioning, loading time, traffic, site appointments and applicable driver-hours limits determine the plan. UK, Ireland and European freight may also need ferry and goods-document arrangements.
Local work. Different requirements.
Transport shaped
by Newham.
Newham combines the Royal Docks event economy, food production and commercial activity around Stratford and its neighbourhood centres. Each handover needs the actual site, goods and receiving plan. The named organisations establish local context, not Synergix customer relationships. The transport examples help identify the goods, handling and receiving details needed for an enquiry.
Excel London and Royal Docks
Exhibition equipment and event supplies
Excel’s current exhibitor information explains event deliveries and loading-bay access. Stands, print, technical cases and suitable event stock can need a booked load-in and later collection.
Send the event, hall or stand, tenancy dates, nominated recipient and current organiser manual. Agree unloading and storage of empty cases. Stationary event refrigeration and refrigerated road transport are separate arrangements.
Silvertown: Thames Refinery
Food-production and supplier freight
Tate & Lyle Sugars identifies its Thames Refinery at Silvertown. The area’s production context can create enquiries for supplier parts, packaging and suitable commercial freight.
Give the actual collecting business and release reference. Describe the product, packed footprint, individual weights and loading method. Site admission, food handling and any temperature requirements must be confirmed for the specific job.
Stratford and technology-led businesses
Protected equipment and office handovers
Newham’s business information highlights technology and the data economy in the wider Stratford context. IT equipment, print and project supplies can need a named workspace or office receiving team.
Send the precise unit and postcode, protection requirements and receiving deadline. District names can cross borough boundaries. We assess the actual address rather than assume every Stratford campus is inside Newham.
Neighbourhood shops and suppliers
Stock, displays and bulky supplies
Businesses across East Ham, Forest Gate, Plaistow and neighbouring districts can need stock, fittings and supplier equipment. A public shopfront may differ from the goods entrance.
Provide the legal unloading point and final handover place, with packed load details, doorways, stairs and ground conditions. Extra crew, pallet breakdown and installation are separate requirements to agree.
Local context: Excel exhibitor delivery, Tate & Lyle Sugars locations, Newham loading.

Routes, loading
& site access.
Give the lawful unloading point and full approach, not just the postcode. Public road controls, private-site instructions and the physical loading arrangement need separate checks.
Excel receiving and vehicle slots
Use the current event manual and vehicle-booking instructions for loading-bay access. Excel’s published courier guidance requires an exhibitor representative or arranged receiving contractor to accept goods.
Give the booking confirmation, event and nominated recipient. Do not expect the venue or organiser to receive unattended freight. A visitor car-park route is not an event-vehicle unloading route.
Industrial and managed-site entrances
For Silvertown or Royal Docks units, establish the correct goods gate, unit, admission contact and appointment before dispatch. A site name alone does not prove release or unloading readiness.
Check turning room, height and weight limits, and equipment at both ends. Identify forklift pockets, lifting points or temperature requirements where they affect vehicle and handling choice.
Newham loading controls
The council’s loading guidance is subject to the actual signs and other restrictions at the location. Loading and waiting are different tasks, and some stopping places are unsuitable for commercial unloading.
Send the legal bay or unloading point and the onward path to the recipient. Have goods and staff ready. A booking does not suspend restrictions or reserve a kerbside space.
River crossings and London requirements
Blackwall and Silvertown have different vehicle restrictions and charging arrangements. The assigned vehicle, load and complete route need checking using current TfL information.
London vehicle compliance does not establish loading permission or access to an airport or controlled site. For any such handover, confirm landside receiving and the actual authorised contact; special access is separately agreed.
Check TfL road charging and the receiving site’s current instructions for the job. A delivery appointment does not remove public road restrictions.

What affects the price?
Vehicle positioning, loaded distance, vehicle/body type and time at collection and delivery all contribute. Waiting, additional stops, handling equipment, extra labour, route charges and a return journey can alter the quote.
For ferry or European work, route timing and goods-document requirements also matter. We quote the actual movement; there is no single Newham mileage price that fits every load.
What happens if something changes?
Tell us promptly about an extra pallet, heavier item, delayed release, changed entrance or missed slot. We can reassess the vehicle, deadline and cost before an unsuitable arrangement causes a problem.
An enquiry is the start of the conversation. Vehicle allocation, timing, handling and price are confirmed for the booking.

Before you book
Newham transport
questions answered.
Courier, timing and delivery
How quickly can you collect in Newham?
A van collection may be possible in around 45 minutes, subject to the address, goods and a suitable available vehicle. Call with the ready time and deadline for an estimate. Lorries, refrigerated vehicles and specialist equipment need their own availability and positioning check.
Can you deliver from Newham elsewhere in the UK today?
It may be possible, depending on when the goods are ready, loading time, vehicle position, road conditions and the receiver’s latest acceptance time. Give us both addresses and the actual deadline. We assess the complete movement before confirming a plan.
Will my dedicated courier delivery stay on the same vehicle?
A dedicated courier movement normally stays on the same vehicle between the agreed collection and delivery points, without a parcel-network sorting hub. Tell us about additional stops, a return collection or any unusual route requirement so the arrangement is clear before booking.
Can I call at night, at weekends or on bank holidays?
Yes. Our phones are answered 24/7/365. Call to discuss the movement and confirm the suitable vehicle, handling and receiving arrangements. Someone must be available to release the goods and accept them at the proposed times.
How will I know the goods have been delivered?
Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery are available. Agree the updates and receiving evidence you need when booking, including any named-recipient, signature, photograph or delivery reference requirement.
What happens if collection is delayed or the delivery slot changes?
Contact our team promptly. A later release, changed receiving slot or additional waiting can affect the vehicle, driver schedule, arrival plan and cost. Give us the new ready time and receiver’s instructions so we can reassess the movement.
Haulage, vehicles and handling
Do I need a courier or a haulage service?
Start with what needs moving and the deadline. An urgent component, parcel or suitable pallet may need a dedicated courier. Heavier freight, larger volumes, specialist bodies or repeat work may need a haulage arrangement. Send the load details and we will help you choose.
Can you arrange dedicated pallet transport in Newham?
Yes, we assess dedicated pallet movements with the vehicle, collection and delivery agreed for the job. Send the loaded footprint, height, individual weights, quantity, stackability and unloading arrangements. Synergix does not offer pallet-network services.
Can you arrange full loads, part loads and regular haulage?
We can discuss full loads, regular work and supported part-load arrangements. The collection window, delivery plan, body, loading method and availability must suit the job. A part-load enquiry is assessed individually; it is not a pallet-network product.
How do I choose the right van or lorry?
Measure each item as it will travel, including packaging, the pallet and any overhang. Give the quantity, individual and total weights, stackability and any orientation limit. We check the actual load space, aperture, working payload, equipment and site access. Vehicle gross weight is not cargo payload.
Can I use LoadCheck before asking for a quote?
Yes. Enter packaged dimensions, item weights and quantities for an initial vehicle-size estimate. Send the result with your enquiry. LoadCheck does not confirm actual vehicle fit, restraint, loading equipment, payload, availability or a booking.
What if the receiving site has no forklift?
Tell us before booking. A suitable tail lift, mounted forklift, crane or agreed handling crew may be an option, but they solve different problems. We need the item weights, dimensions, fork access or lifting points, surface and final placement. Equipment does not come with every vehicle.
When must I request an electric pump truck?
Under Synergix’s booking rule, request an electric pump truck when pallet-truck handling is required for an individual loaded pallet weighing 800 kg or more. Lighter pallets can need powered handling too. Check the lift and platform capacity, footprint, all weight on the platform, ground and handling method. The threshold is not automatic proof of safe handling.
Do goods need packaging for a dedicated journey?
Yes, they need packaging suitable for the goods and the planned handling. A dedicated vehicle does not remove the risk of movement during loading and travel. Protect fragile surfaces, sharp edges and delicate equipment; tell us about upright-only, non-stackable or special restraint requirements.
Can you provide refrigerated transport or event refrigeration?
We can assess both, with the product, temperature and handover requirements agreed. Refrigerated road transport moves goods under an agreed temperature arrangement. Stationary event refrigeration provides storage at a venue. Explain which you need, the duration, access and any power requirement.
Newham access and local handovers
Will Excel accept my exhibition delivery if my team is absent?
Do not assume it will. The venue’s published courier guidance requires the exhibiting team or an arranged receiving contractor to accept the goods. Send the current event manual, nominated recipient and vehicle-booking details before dispatch.
Can you arrange supplier freight around Silvertown?
We can assess suitable commercial goods when you supply the actual business, packed load, release reference, ready time and loading method. Confirm site admission, receiving equipment and any product or temperature requirements rather than relying on a refinery or estate name.
Can a lorry use any route into the Royal Docks?
No. The actual vehicle and load, current street controls, crossing restrictions and site receiving instructions determine the approach. Provide the lawful goods-entry route and current appointment details.
Price, booking and ongoing work
What affects the price of a Newham courier or haulage job?
Vehicle positioning, route distance, body and vehicle type, waiting, unloading, handling equipment, additional stops and the deadline affect the quote. Give accurate load and site details. Tell us about changes before dispatch so we can explain any effect on the arrangement or price.
What information do you need to book?
Send both full addresses and goods entrances, contact details, ready time and latest delivery time, item quantities, packaged dimensions, individual and total weights, stackability and loading equipment at both ends. Include access restrictions, references, photographs and any special handling or temperature requirement.
Can you discuss regular deliveries, warehousing or two-person work?
Yes. Give your usual route, frequency, volumes, receiving windows and seasonal peaks. Warehousing, cross-docking, retail distribution and agreed two-person delivery can be considered as part of a wider arrangement. Storage location, handling scope, availability and commercial terms are agreed separately.
Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry starts the discussion. The vehicle, collection and delivery plan, handling, price and booking acceptance must be confirmed. A generated enquiry reference or LoadCheck result does not establish vehicle allocation or successful email delivery.
