What Synergix provides
Pallet Collection and Delivery
This page covers dedicated pallet transport with the booked vehicle committed to the agreed movement. Synergix is not in a pallet network and does not offer pallet-network services. If the route and timing suit a general-haulage part load, the team can assess that as a separate service.
Direct movement
Keep the consignment together
Dedicated transport can suit urgent stock, fragile goods or a delivery that needs a clear collection-to-receiver plan. Give the actual requirement, including any extra stops, rather than assume a standard overnight network product.
Right-sized vehicle
Weight matters as much as count
A pallet may fit the floor but exceed the useful payload, door opening or unloading equipment. Send loaded dimensions and gross weight. Small consignments may suit a van; larger or heavier work may need a rigid or articulated vehicle.
Customers, goods and situations
A dedicated movement around your palletised goods
Suppliers, manufacturers and warehouse teams use dedicated pallet transport for an agreed collection-to-receiver journey. General-haulage part loads are a separate comparison; Synergix does not offer pallet-network services.
Who needs dedicated pallet delivery?
Dedicated transport can help when the goods, handling or timing need a clearly agreed collection-to-receiver plan.
Suppliers and warehouse teams
Meet an important receiving deadline
A stock release or production component may need an agreed collection and delivery rather than a generic transit band. Give goods-ready time, receiving slot and last acceptance time, with the actual pallet and unloading details.
Manufacturers and project buyers
Keep a sensitive consignment together
Fragile, unusually shaped or valuable palletised goods may need particular handling or exclusive capacity. Explain packaging, value, orientation and support requirements so the appropriate movement and cover can be agreed.
Retail and repeat shippers
Plan the receiving operation as well as transport
Store or warehouse deliveries can need booking references, pallet identification, labels and a receiver ready with the agreed equipment. State any stock checking, return or reporting task separately so the handover covers what you need.
Types of loads we transport
Select a category for the details that change the transport plan.
- Urgent commercial stock
- Retail and warehouse pallets
- Heavy and dense pallets
- Oversize and non-stackable pallets
Urgent commercial stock
Palletised parts or stock can move directly when a business needs a clear deadline. Confirm goods-ready time, the receiver’s last acceptance time and handling at both ends before collection.
Retail and warehouse pallets
Send the booking reference, pallet labels, delivery appointment and receiver rules. If mixed stock is on one pallet, identify what must be checked or kept together. Bespoke checking and reporting should be agreed.
Heavy and dense pallets
Include the gross weight of each pallet, not only a total across the order. The actual vehicle, axle distribution and unloading equipment must support the heaviest unit.
Oversize and non-stackable pallets
Include overhang, loaded height and stacking restrictions. A pallet described as standard may carry a much larger product. Support, restraint and floor space need to reflect the full load.
Jobs to plan together
These examples explain an enquiry brief. Your load and site determine the actual arrangement.
The job
A time-critical warehouse delivery
Stock needs to arrive before the receiving team closes. Send pallet sizes/weights, readiness, booking reference and unloading equipment so a dedicated vehicle can be planned.
The job
An awkward pallet collection
The load overhangs its base or cannot be stacked. Full outer dimensions and photographs help select a body with the required access and secure space.
Vehicles and equipment

Practical booking help
Measure and prepare the complete loaded pallets
Start with reliable goods information and the people releasing and receiving the consignment. Flag missing details rather than guessing.
Loading, unloading and access
Give us the actual conditions at both ends so the equipment and service can be agreed before dispatch.
Check 01
Package for the movement
Use sound pallets and stable, suitable packaging. State fork-entry requirements, fragile edges, tilt restrictions and any need for extra protection.
Check 02
Confirm unloading
A bay, forklift, tail lift, MOFFETT or HIAB is not interchangeable. Tell us what is present at each end and what needs supplying, with the ground and access details.
Check 03
The 800 kg booking rule
Where pallet-truck handling is needed for an individual loaded pallet of 800 kg or more, arrange an electric pump truck. This is a booking requirement; lighter pallets may still need powered handling after assessment.
Preparing pallet collection and delivery
Start with the complete packed units and both receiving arrangements. You do not need to select a truck from a pallet count alone.
Measure the load
Include the pallet, packing and overhang
Give every pallet type’s full outer length, width and height from the ground, gross weight and quantity. Explain stacking limits, uneven balance and anything protruding. Ask the sender for measured weights and a packing list; send photographs of the complete load and fork-entry points.
Prepare stable units
Make the goods and pallet work together
Use a sound pallet suitable for its load and packing that holds and protects the goods as one stable unit. Wrapping the goods does not replace securing the loaded pallet in the vehicle. Declare fragile areas, top-heavy items or restrictions on restraint and tell us about damaged or incomplete packaging before collection.
Confirm both sites
Plan loading and the agreed finish point
Check bay/forklift availability, or request suitable tail-lift, carried-forklift or crane handling. Show access, parking and the complete ground route. For pallet-truck handling of an individual loaded pallet of 800 kg or more, an electric pump truck must be arranged. Lighter loads still need assessment.

Coverage and availability
Agree the workable schedule
Dedicated UK and European pallet movements are planned around the suitable vehicle and receiver. Suitable urgent courier collections can be available within 60 minutes, subject to location and availability. Heavy pallets or specialist unloading may need a different response and vehicle.
Quotation
What affects the price
The complete load, route, vehicle, timing, equipment, waiting and extra stops determine the quote. There is no invented standard pallet-network tariff. Tell us whether the deadline or exclusive use is essential.
Agree the dedicated pallet movement
A useful price comparison uses the same pallets, journey, deadline and handling scope.
Operating requirements
Set the load and site brief
Provide routes, firm dates and forecasts, receiving windows, references and the actual pallet specification. Agree equipment and the handover point, including any carrying, stock checks, extra stops or return requirements. Tracking and POD support receipt; additional reports are agreed separately.
Supplier and commercial review
Check cover, exclusions and changes
Raise required cover or supplier-document questions with sales for the actual goods and service. Agree waiting, inaccurate load details, changed access or redelivery and additional work before commitment. Provide PO/invoice instructions and proposed account/payment requirements for agreement. No network tariff or automatic special terms are assumed.
Useful booking questions
Dedicated pallet delivery FAQs
Direct answers to the choices and practical requirements that affect this service.
Is this a pallet-network service?
No. Synergix does not offer pallet-network services. This is dedicated pallet transport, with the vehicle and journey planned around the consignment.
Can a pallet travel in a van?
Possibly. Its loaded dimensions, gross weight, door access, restraint and loading method must suit the actual van. Pallet count alone is not enough.
Can you collect urgently?
Yes, where suitable capacity is available. Call with sizes, weights, locations, unloading and the deadline. The courier collection proposition is conditional, particularly for heavy or specialist loads.
Do you deliver pallets into Europe?
Yes, subject to the goods, route and documentation. Send both addresses and delivery terms so transport and border responsibilities can be agreed.
Can you provide a tail lift?
A suitable tail-lift vehicle can be arranged. The pallet dimensions, weight, platform and unloading ground need checking before confirmation.
What if a pallet weighs 800 kg or more?
Arrange an electric pump truck where pallet-truck handling is needed for that individual loaded pallet. The actual lift, ground and vehicle must also be suitable.
Can you carry an oversize pallet?
Yes, subject to assessment. Measure the goods including all overhang and packaging, and supply the gross weight and stacking restrictions.
Can you collect an unwrapped pallet?
Tell us the product and packing condition. Goods must be stable and adequately protected for the movement. Repacking or a different handling arrangement may be required.
Can I use a part load instead?
The team can assess a separate general-haulage part-load arrangement where the route, freight and timing suit. It is not a pallet-network product or automatically the same service as dedicated transport.
Do you provide proof of delivery?
Yes. Electronic POD and live tracking are available. Agree any additional references, stock checks or reporting requirements when booking.
How do I measure a loaded pallet?
Measure the outer length and width including overhang, and the height from the ground to the highest packed point. Gross weight includes the goods, pallet and packaging. List each different pallet type and quantity. A base called UK or Euro does not describe goods which project beyond it. Ask the sender for measured sizes and reliable weights, and flag missing information.
Is wrapping the goods enough to secure the pallet in the vehicle?
No. Preparing goods as a stable unit on the pallet and securing that unit in the vehicle are separate requirements. Use a sound pallet and packing suitable for the goods. Share fragility, stacking and restraint restrictions so the loading and securing arrangement can be assessed for the actual body.
Do I need a full truck for a small number of pallets?
Not necessarily. Packed dimensions, gross weights, door access and handling decide the vehicle. A suitable van or rigid can provide dedicated transport without reserving an artic. If timing and compatibility allow, a general-haulage part load can be assessed separately. Pallet count alone does not establish fit, cost or the best service.
