What we provide

Multi-site installations

A multi-site project needs a consistent brief and an accurate plan for each location. The product may be the same, but a ground-floor workplace, shopping-centre unit and upper-floor hotel can need different access, time and equipment. We agree the transport and on-site scope together, including the tasks, preparation, site contacts and completion records. Standard two-person delivery remains kerbside; the carrying, assembly and installation required for your programme are expressly included in its agreed specification.

PROGRAMME

Plan the sites as one brief

Send the complete address list, target dates and product allocation. We can discuss a regional sequence, repeated runs or phased visits around stock and site readiness. The plan needs travel and working time, rather than assuming the same number of installations fits every day.

PRODUCT

Prepare people for the agreed task

We can train drivers and mates or appoint appropriately skilled staff for your product and instructions. Explain what happens after unloading, including assembly, positioning and any technical work. Skills, tools and scope must be established before the installation is confirmed.

SITE

Account for local differences

Record access, working windows, site induction, permits and receiving contacts for every location. A standard installation brief needs site-specific exceptions alongside it, so a crew is not discovering a different room layout, floor or lifting requirement on arrival.

COMPLETION

Agree the evidence you need

Define what counts as complete and how exceptions are recorded. Live tracking and transport POD support the movement; product checklists, installation photographs, room or asset references and task sign-off are additional requirements to agree for the programme.

The handling plan still matters.

Vehicle capacity does not establish what a person or team can lift. Tail-lift capacity, the whole platform load, ground conditions and the carrying route need checking. Body conversions and equipment can reduce useful space and payload.

Practical product and project detail

Multi-site work we can assess

Tell us about your product and the job at each address. These are possible programme types, not a claim that every product or trade is included. Our team confirms the actual skills and method against your brief.

  • FURNITURE
  • RETAIL DISPLAYS
  • HOSPITALITY
  • TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
  • OTHER PRODUCTS
Workplace and customer-premises furniture

Desks, chairs, storage and other furniture can need distribution across buildings, floors and rooms. Provide quantities, product codes and layouts, with assembly instructions and fixing requirements. Different office layouts and lift arrangements should be captured for each location rather than treated as identical sites.

Display furniture and product setups

Describe the units, components, approved layouts and any removal of existing items. Tell us whether the site is open, whether a shopping-centre bay must be booked and what tasks must finish before trading. Graphics, electrical work and structural fixing are assessed separately from carrying and assembly.

Furniture and equipment across venues

A programme can involve repeated room packages or equipment for more than one venue. Specify room-release times, service routes, layouts and site contacts. Experience with bar setups can inform an agreed task, but it does not mean every crew undertakes connections or commissioning as standard.

Product-specific delivery and setup

We have experience with ATM and IT work and can train or appoint suitably skilled people for defined customer procedures. Supply the exact equipment and instructions. Access credentials, network changes, data handling, power connections, testing and commissioning need clear responsibility and specific agreement.

Customer-specific installation enquiries

From simple sofa setup to garden pergola builds, our experience covers a broad range of tasks. Explain the actual programme, including product preparation, ground conditions and any work at height. The scope and competent people must be confirmed for your goods rather than inferred from another job.

BEFORE MOBILISATION

A clear specification, with a plan for every site

Useful programme control begins with the information your crews and site teams will actually use. Keep the product method consistent while making local exceptions visible.

THE BRIEF

Define the work once

Provide the current product instructions, approved layout, parts and fixing list and completion criteria. State what is supplied by your business and what you want Synergix to provide. Identify the work that needs separate trades, specialist qualifications or technical approval.

SITE LIST

Check readiness address by address

Record parking and unloading, permitted hours, floors, doors, stairs, lift size and capacity, escorts and induction requirements. Confirm the receiving area is available and any preparatory work is finished. Missing site information should be resolved before that visit is committed.

STOCK

Send the right goods to the right place

Identify each site's product allocation, variants, components and spares. State collection locations, supplier readiness and any labels or job references to use. A complete kit is important where a missing bracket or handed component could prevent the agreed task being finished.

FIRST VISIT

Consider a representative trial

For a new or unfamiliar product, discuss whether an initial trial installation would help check the method and time allowance. Use its findings to refine later visits. A pilot is a planning option, not a claim that every product can be certified through one successful installation.

Skills and scope come before a launch commitment

We can adapt teams to customer requirements, but a broad installation request is not automatic acceptance of electrical, gas, plumbing, structural or other regulated work. Identify those tasks early so responsibility and appropriately competent people can be confirmed.

SCHEDULING & HANDOVER

Keep the wider programme moving when a site changes

The programme needs a way to handle stock shortages, unavailable rooms and extra work without leaving the crew to decide what the client intended.

SCHEDULE

Build around real visit time

Allow for travel, unloading, induction, access, product work and handover. Discuss phased dates or required launch windows with us, including evening or weekend requests. Resource availability and site permission are checked before confirmation; simultaneous completion everywhere is not assumed.

CONTACTS

Give changes an authorised route

Name the client contact who can approve changes and the local person who can release the work area. Agree what happens if a site is not ready, a product differs or work falls outside the brief. Clear authority helps separate an access problem from an authorised scope change.

EVIDENCE

Separate delivered from installed

A transport POD confirms handover of goods. The installation record needs to show the tasks completed, relevant product or site references and any exceptions you require. Agree photographs, checklists and sign-off arrangements before work starts, without assuming an automatic reporting dashboard.

FOLLOW-UP

Plan parts, snags and return visits

Agree the process for incomplete tasks, missing components, authorised corrections and collected equipment. A return visit or repair is assessed on its own requirements. State whether outgoing goods go to a nominated depot and arrange packaging removal or disposal separately.

Why choose Synergix?

The people and capability behind the work.

A practical plan, suitably prepared people and an accountable team to follow the work through.

CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC SKILLS

Training built around the work

We can train delivery teams or appoint appropriately skilled people for your agreed product procedures. That helps customers plan repeated work with a clear method and a realistic understanding of the skills needed.

CONNECTED MOVEMENTS

Transport alongside the site brief

Plan vehicle capacity, product allocations and the agreed on-site tasks together. Standard vans and trucks through to a 13.6m artic give options for different consignment sizes, subject to loading and site suitability.

MAINLAND UK

One programme across locations

Mainland UK coverage supports work at multiple addresses through an agreed schedule. Island movements are considered individually, with travel, ferry, access and team arrangements checked for the proposed job.

VISIBILITY

Tracking, POD and agreed records

Live tracking and proof of delivery help follow the goods. We can discuss the extra completion information your project needs, so your team can distinguish a finished visit from an exception needing attention.

INSURED TRANSPORT

Cover checked for the booked scope

Our transport is insured. Provide product values and the requested movement so applicable cover can be confirmed. Installation activities and their on-site cover are considered separately against the actual work.

EXPERIENCE & SUPPORT

A team behind the programme

Three generations of family transport experience and 24/7 operations support help coordinate changes to stock, access and appointments. Repeated routes and day-rate arrangements can be discussed where they suit the programme.

How the job works

From the brief to the handover.

Agree the work before the appointment so the goods, people, time and site arrangements fit together.

  1. Send the programme

Share site addresses, allocations, instructions, dates and the work required at each visit.

  2. Agree people and method

We confirm scope, skills, vehicle and equipment requirements, preparation and the proposed schedule.

  3. Deliver and complete the tasks

Crews work to the current site brief, referring changes and unplanned work to the authorised contact.

  4. Close out each visit

Record the agreed handover and exceptions, then arrange any authorised parts movement or follow-up task.

Price and preparation

What we need to quote.

Programme pricing depends on the product and work, number and spread of sites, vehicle space, people, training, equipment, access, visit duration, working windows and return movements. A simple repeated placement task and a technical installation need different planning. Send the full site list so we can discuss the suitable basis, including agreed runs or day rates. Our conditional 60-minute courier collection proposition is for urgent transport and does not promise instant deployment of trained installation teams.

Answers before you book

Multi-site installations questions.

Service scope, preparation and the details that affect the booking.

What does a multi-site installation service include?

It includes the transport and on-site tasks agreed for your programme. Specify carrying, unpacking, assembly, positioning, installation and completion records individually. Standard two-person delivery is kerbside; additional project work needs an expressly agreed scope.

Can you train teams to install our particular product?

Yes, we can train teams or appoint appropriately skilled drivers and mates for agreed customer requirements. Supply the product, method and any required competence information so the training and task can be assessed before confirmation.

Can all sites be completed on the same day?

Tell us the required launch window and complete site list. We assess people, travel, task duration, stock and site access before agreeing a programme. Same-day completion at every address is not an automatic promise.

Can the work be phased by area or date?

Yes, we can discuss a phased schedule around your stock, sites and deadlines. Give us priorities, dependencies and working windows. A realistic allowance for each site's work is more useful than assuming the same number of stops every day.

Do all installations need a two-person crew?

No. The item, work and access determine the people and equipment needed. Some tasks may use a different team size or require lifting assistance. There is no universal safe two-person weight allowance.

What information do you need for each location?

Send the address, contacts, working hours, product allocation and access details, including parking, unloading, floors, stairs, lifts and site induction. Flag any variation from the standard product or installation brief before that visit is scheduled.

Can you work outside a site's normal opening hours?

Request the working window at quotation stage. We check crew availability, site permission, access and any noise restrictions before confirming. Around-the-clock operations support is separate from automatic availability of every installation skill.

Will you provide photographs and completion reports?

Agree the records you need before booking. Transport tracking and POD are available; installation photographs, checklists, asset references and task sign-off need a specified brief. We do not assume a bespoke real-time reporting system is included.

Can you collect old products or packaging during installation?

Yes, pre-arranged packaging removal and returns to nominated depots can be considered. Give quantities, condition and destination instructions. Disposal and recycling arrangements must be confirmed separately.

Do you carry out electrical or other technical connections?

Describe every technical task in the brief. Our experience includes ATM, IT and bar work, but connections, testing, commissioning and regulated trades require specific agreement and appropriately competent people. They are not standard inclusions.

What happens if a site is not ready or a part is missing?

The crew refers the issue through the agreed contact route. We then agree whether work can proceed within scope, the visit needs changing or a follow-up is required. Additional tasks and return visits are not assumed to be included.

Do you cover multi-site work throughout mainland UK?

Yes, mainland UK programmes can be planned around the agreed task, resources and schedule. Island work is assessed individually. International transport capability does not automatically mean installation crews are available for European programmes.
