What we provide

Hotel & hospitality furniture

A hotel delivery may arrive while guests are checking in, housekeeping is turning rooms and contractors are working on the next floor. We plan the transport and agreed on-site tasks around the access and rooms you make available. Standard two-person delivery is kerbside. Room distribution, unpacking, assembly, installation, packaging removal and old-furniture collection are requested and agreed parts of a hotel project, with the team and time matched to that scope.

REPLACEMENT PIECES

Furniture for a specific room

Arrange a replacement bed, chair, table or other item for a nominated room or area. Supply the product details and its route through the property, together with the time the room can be released. An urgent replacement still needs suitable handling and an authorised receiving contact.

PHASED DELIVERIES

Bedrooms, floors and batches

Plan deliveries around the rooms or floors available for work. A room list and clearly identified furniture help keep each batch together. Agree the quantity and tasks per visit against access, crew and available time, rather than assume an entire floor can be completed in a standard slot.

ASSEMBLY & POSITIONING

People prepared for your furniture

Request the assembly and positioning needed for the actual product. We can train teams or appoint suitably skilled drivers and mates for your agreed procedure. Supply layouts, instructions and fixings, and identify any installation work that requires separate assessment or other trades.

COLLECTIONS

Packaging and outgoing furniture

Packaging removal and old-furniture returns to a nominated depot can be included when pre-arranged. State the quantities, condition, route and destination, and confirm when the outgoing items become available. Recycling and disposal are separate arrangements, not automatic parts of the service.

These are typical standard-body planning figures. Actual load space, doors, loading equipment and usable payload must be checked for the assigned vehicle.

The handling plan still matters.

Vehicle capacity does not establish what a person or team can lift. Tail-lift capacity, the whole platform load, ground conditions and the carrying route need checking. Body conversions and equipment can reduce useful space and payload.

Practical product and project detail

Furniture and areas we can support

Tell us about the complete furniture package, including loose components and fragile finishes. We agree the work for the products you supply; we do not assume furniture delivery includes design, manufacture or a complete building fit-out.

  • BEDROOMS
  • RECEPTION & LOUNGE
  • DINING & CONFERENCE
  • BAR & HOSPITALITY
  • OUTDOOR AREAS
Beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture

Send the room schedule, product codes and component list for beds, bedside furniture, desks, seating and storage. Identify room-specific variations, handed units and any manufacturer assembly sequence. Room access, product assembly and the operator's final release of the room are separate steps in the plan.

Sofas, chairs, tables and feature pieces

Describe bulky reception furniture, fragile tops, loose legs and finishes needing particular protection. Reception may be the property's busiest circulation area, so agree an unloading point, clear carrying route and temporary holding area with the hotel. Specialist fixing or modification must be specified before booking.

Tables, seating and meeting furniture

Provide quantities, room layouts and instructions for any assembly or arrangement. Confirm whether furniture is moving into a working restaurant, meeting room or closed project area, and when that area must be handed back. Large quantities need space for handling and access, even where individual pieces are manageable.

Furniture and agreed bar equipment work

We have experience delivering bar equipment and carrying out bar, keg and tap setups. Describe exactly what your project requires so the team, skills and preparation can be assessed. Furniture placement does not automatically include plumbing, electrical connections, pressure-system work or technical commissioning.

Garden furniture and structures

Outdoor seating and customer-specific garden builds can be considered, drawing on experience including pergolas. Supply product instructions, dimensions and ground details. Foundations, structural fixing, permissions and work at height require an agreed method and responsibility; they are not assumed within delivery.

OCCUPIED PREMISES

Work around the people using your venue

A practical delivery plan needs the hotel team's input. Tell us where guests, staff and other contractors will be, and which areas are genuinely available for the booked work.

ROOM ACCESS

A room list that can be released

Confirm room numbers, floor, access times, key or escort arrangements and a site contact who can authorise entry. Occupied guest rooms need specific release by the operator. Tell us promptly if a late checkout or maintenance issue changes the rooms available.

SHARED ROUTES

Lifts, corridors and service entrances

Give service-lift dimensions and capacity, booking arrangements, stair details and the narrowest doors or turns. Agree how furniture movements share routes with staff and guests. Protecting floors and finishes, keeping escape routes clear and controlling access need a site-specific plan.

TIMING

A realistic work window

Share check-in periods, restaurant service, noise restrictions and other contractors' schedules. Request evening or weekend work if it helps your programme; availability is confirmed for the project. A hotel's closing date or opening target is a planning requirement, not an automatic completion guarantee.

READINESS

Rooms ready for the agreed task

Confirm decorating, flooring and other preparatory work is complete where it affects furniture placement. Supply a suitable place for unpacking and assembly. Do not send a full furniture batch into rooms that cannot yet receive it without discussing the revised arrangements.

Agree a change contact before work begins

Nominate who can approve revised room allocations, missing components, extra tasks or a return visit. A reception contact may be able to receive a vehicle without having authority to approve changes to a furniture installation.

PRODUCT TO POSITION

Define what completion means for each room

Delivery confirmation, furniture assembly and a guest-ready room are different milestones. We agree the part Synergix is completing and the checks or records you need for that part.

INSTRUCTIONS

One clear product and room brief

Provide the latest layout, product instructions and item list. Match labels or references to the rooms and flag substitutions. Agree whether goods are handed over boxed, unpacked, assembled or positioned, and whether packaging is retained for a possible return.

SKILLS

Installation tasks assessed individually

Describe assembly, wall or floor fixing, product-specific setup and any technical work separately. We match training or appropriately skilled people to the agreed job. Building alterations, regulated connections and commissioning are not assumed from the word installation.

CHECKS

Record completion and exceptions

Agree the room-by-room record needed, including quantity, position, visible condition, incomplete tasks and any photographs. We can discuss the handover format with you. Furniture checks do not replace your operator's own room inspection, product certification or final opening decision.

RETURNS

Keep unwanted goods identifiable

Tell us which outgoing items must return to a supplier or depot and provide authorisation and references. Separate reusable furniture, damaged stock and packaging in the instructions. Additional collections, replacement parts and remedial visits need their own agreed plan.

Why choose Synergix?

The people and capability behind the work.

A practical plan, suitably prepared people and an accountable team to follow the work through.

FURNITURE EXPERIENCE

Trusted with furniture handovers

Synergix is trusted by major furniture retailers. That handling experience supports the practical movement of furniture into customer premises, with the actual hospitality access and installation brief agreed for your project.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SKILLS

Teams matched to the task

We can train or recruit appropriately skilled drivers and mates for agreed product and customer procedures. Your furniture instructions shape the team preparation, rather than relying on an assumption that every delivery crew can fit every product.

COORDINATED CAPACITY

Transport and requested site work

Plan the journey, room distribution and agreed assembly together. A van or truck is chosen for the goods and property, with site time allowed for the work beyond unloading.

VISIBILITY

Tracking and proof of delivery

Live tracking and POD help your team see the movement and confirm transport handover. Agree room lists, photographs and task completion records separately where your project requires more detail.

INSURED TRANSPORT

Cover checked against your furniture

Our transport is insured. Share values, fragile components and the requested service so applicable cover can be checked. Any on-site work and the cover needed for it are confirmed separately.

EXPERIENCE & SUPPORT

Practical help when plans change

Three generations of family transport experience and 24/7 operations support help coordinate changes to access, stock or timing. Mainland UK coverage supports single-property work and agreed programmes across multiple addresses.

How the job works

From the brief to the handover.

Agree the work before the appointment so the goods, people, time and site arrangements fit together.

  1. Share the project

Send the furniture schedule, property details, room list and delivery or installation dates.

  2. Agree the scope

We confirm transport, people, access, on-site tasks, phasing and what your team must prepare.

  3. Deliver by the agreed plan

The crew follows the room and product instructions, with changes referred to the nominated contact.

  4. Complete the handover

Confirm the agreed tasks and record exceptions, collections or follow-up requirements with the authorised recipient.

Price and preparation

What we need to quote.

The quotation follows the actual furniture and programme: journey, vehicle, crew, access, room count, handling and installation time, requested working hours and collections. A bedroom package and a single lounge chair need different allowances. Send the room schedule and phased dates early so we can plan workable capacity. Urgent courier support may help with a missing component, but the conditional 60-minute courier proposition is not a promise that a furniture installation team can attend in that time.

Answers before you book

Hotel & hospitality furniture questions.

Service scope, preparation and the details that affect the booking.

Can you deliver hotel furniture room by room?

Yes, room distribution can be requested and agreed. Provide room numbers, item allocations, access and carrying routes, with a contact who can release each room. It is an additional scope beyond standard kerbside delivery.

Can you work in a hotel that is still open?

We can plan a delivery or agreed installation around an operating venue. Tell us which rooms and routes are available, guest and noise restrictions, lift bookings and escort arrangements. Occupied rooms need the operator's specific authorisation before entry.

Do you assemble the furniture as well as deliver it?

Assembly can be included when agreed for the products involved. Supply instructions, fixings and layouts. We can train teams or appoint appropriately skilled staff for the task; technical connections, structural work and commissioning need separate assessment.

Can deliveries be split by floor or refurbishment phase?

Yes, discuss the proposed batches and dates with us. We need to know stock availability, room readiness, access and the time each phase allows. The programme is confirmed against the actual work and available resources.

Can you deliver in the evening or at weekends?

Request your preferred working window when enquiring. We check crew, vehicle, site permission and any noise or access restrictions before confirming. Around-the-clock operations support is not automatic availability of every installation team.

What lift and access information do you need?

Give lift door and internal dimensions, capacity and booking arrangements, plus stair layouts, narrow doors, turning spaces and parking distance. Photographs help. The furniture and route determine the team and equipment, rather than a fixed two-person lifting allowance.

Will you remove the furniture packaging?

Yes, packaging removal can be pre-arranged. Confirm the expected quantity, collection point and destination or other agreed arrangements. Disposal or recycling must be confirmed separately and is not implied by a delivery booking.

Can you take old hotel furniture back to a depot?

Yes, pre-arranged returns to a nominated depot can be considered alongside the new-furniture work. Supply an item list, condition, collection route, destination and receiving instructions. Ensure your site contact knows which furniture is authorised to leave.

Do you supply hotel furniture or design the rooms?

This service covers transport and the handling, assembly or installation tasks agreed for your supplied products. Tell us about the furniture and instructions from your supplier or project team. Furniture design, manufacture and a complete building fit-out are not assumed.

Can you install bar equipment or outdoor furniture?

Tell us what is required. We have experience with bar setups and garden builds including pergolas, and can assess a suitable team for the specific task. Connections, structural fixing, foundations and commissioning must be identified and agreed separately.

Do you provide room completion photographs?

Discuss the records you need before booking. Tracking and transport POD are available; room photographs, item checks and task sign-off require an agreed brief. They do not replace the hotel's final room inspection or operating approval.

How much does hotel furniture delivery and installation cost?

It depends on the furniture, addresses, vehicle, crew, rooms, access, work and programme. Send a room schedule and product instructions with requested collections. We quote the agreed scope rather than apply one price to every hotel room.
