Event equipment transport
Move the equipment that makes the event work.
Event equipment transport covers the journey between suppliers, your premises and the venue. We move production kit, bar equipment, staging components, displays and site equipment, using a vehicle and loading method suited to the packed load.
Production and presentation equipment
Flight-cased production kit, staging components and display materials can travel in dedicated vans or larger trucks. Planning around case sizes, stacking and load order helps the receiving team get at the equipment needed for the next stage of work.
Bar equipment and event stock
Move the equipment around the bar as well as the drinks themselves. Where stock and equipment travel together, we plan around their different packaging, weights and handling requirements so the whole load can be received properly.
Infrastructure and larger site equipment
Fencing, toilets, trackway and golf carts call for a different loading plan from boxed kit. Flatbeds, low-loaders, HIABs and MOFFETT-equipped vehicles are options to assess against the equipment, site and placement required.
Outbound, return or between venues
Book a delivery, a post-event collection or an onward movement between events. A return can be planned with the original booking, including the packed ready time, equipment owner and receiving hours at the next destination.
Who it helps
Equipment transport for the team supplying the event
Choose the situation that fits your job. These examples explain how the service can help your team.
Production and AV suppliers
Move flight-cased sound, lighting and presentation kit between depot and venue. Declare handling instructions, case dimensions, stacking limits and the crew that will receive it.
Staging and infrastructure hire firms
Plan transport for components, fencing, toilets, trackway and other site equipment. Weight, deck access and unloading can matter more than the overall volume.
Exhibition and display businesses
Bring panels, bases and demonstration goods to an agreed handover. Surface protection, carrying routes and any venue-appointed handler belong in the plan.
Bar and event operators
Coordinate equipment alongside stock where appropriate, or move golf carts and other site kit. Mixed loads need clear packaging, restraint and loading order for each item.
Practical scope
Types of event equipment we move.
Open a category for the load, timing and handling details that matter.
- Staging and production equipment
- Displays and exhibition kit
- Fencing, trackway and toilets
- Golf carts and bar equipment
Staging and production equipment
Include packed staging components, production cases and associated equipment in a measured load list. State individual and total weights, stacking limits, protection and any loading-order dependency. Assembly, rigging and technical commissioning are not assumed parts of the transport.
Displays and exhibition kit
Give panel, frame and case measurements, fragile finishes and any items that must remain upright. Confirm whether delivery is to a loading bay, contractor handover or an agreed stand position, including carrying distance and permitted handling arrangements.
Fencing, trackway and toilets
List bundle sizes, quantities and lifting or forklift requirements. Prepare units for transport and declare contamination or damage. Check both the vehicle route and the place where equipment will be unloaded or positioned.
Golf carts and bar equipment
State actual dimensions and travelling weights, loading method and any battery, fuel or other special requirements. A suitable ramp, restraint, deck or enclosed body must be assessed for the actual item. Do not infer capacity from a vehicle illustration.
Vehicle selection

How it works
From booking to handover.
Plan collection, site entry and handover together.
- Brief the job
Send the goods, route, dates and latest event instructions. Include the deadline and any return movement.
- Agree the plan
We check vehicle availability, handling, access, timing and price, then confirm the booked scope.
- Collect and deliver
Goods are loaded and secured, then moved against the agreed route and site window. Changes go through the team.
- Complete the handover
Confirm the recipient, unloading or placement point and any exception. Tracking/POD arrangements and return work follow the booking.
Access, unloading and completion
Get the whole movement into the brief.
The exact delivery point and responsibilities are agreed before the vehicle arrives.
Prepare and identify
Pack equipment for transport and label by owner or destination. Share lifting points, handling instructions and photographs of unusual shapes. Tell us if an item cannot be stacked or needs weather protection.
Check loading access
Confirm the equipment and people at collection, including access to the goods. Side loading, rear loading, ramps and crane lifts need the right body and working room.
Plan the site approach
Supply the gate, slot, accreditation, prescribed route, curfew and reachable contact. Check turning space, ground and the final route to the receiving point, not only the public road approach.
Agree the endpoint
Unloading at the vehicle and placement on site are different scopes. State what completion means for each load: unloaded fencing, a positioned container or suitable MOFFETT goods placed as agreed.
One event, different loads and unloading methods.
Production cases may fit an enclosed van, while bundled fencing needs a truck and planned offloading. A container may need a HIAB lift, and suitable stock can be placed using a MOFFETT. The equipment list lets us plan separate movements where needed, rather than force everything into one vehicle choice.
People, equipment and ground
HIAB planning needs the actual load, lift radius, lifting points, standing position, ground support and surrounding hazards. MOFFETT work needs suitable goods, fork access, working space and a safe ground route to the placement point. Tail-lift and manual handling also need assessment. Tell us if a two-person team is required and at which stage; team size is confirmed for the task.
Planning your booking
Preparing an equipment transport brief
Describe the equipment in its travelling condition. Photos help show the load, but do not replace weights and dimensions.
Use the equipment or hire list
Ask the owner for unit weights, case dimensions and transport instructions. Include protruding wheels, handles and bases. Say whether items may be stacked, must stay upright or have delicate surfaces.
Explain how it gets on and off
Give loading-bay height, forklift availability, fork pockets, lifting points, ramps or other required handling. Name the people supplying the equipment at each end. We confirm what the booked vehicle and team will do.
Describe the route beyond the vehicle
If carrying or placement is required, provide distance, doors, lifts, stairs, turns and the final position. A two-person requirement must identify the stages where both people are needed.
Declare special contents
Tell us about batteries, fuel, fluids or other regulated contents, plus the goods value and owner’s instructions. Supply product or safety information where needed so acceptance and conditions can be assessed.
Plan the return while the inventory is clear
Use owner references and counts to distinguish the kit returning to each depot. Confirm when it will be de-rigged, packed and released and who loads it. Transport completion is the agreed receiving handover; electrical connection, rigging, testing, servicing and operation remain separate tasks unless expressly agreed.
Why Synergix?
Equipment transport with real event experience.
Our work spans the drinks and bar operation, production loads and the infrastructure around the site. That breadth helps us plan the equipment movement as part of your event programme.
Nationwide courier, haulage and specialist capability, with real operational support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We understand what is on the vehicle
Bar equipment, display components, trackway and golf carts are among the event loads we move. You can talk through how the goods are packed, how they will be unloaded and where the transport handover needs to finish with a team familiar with event work.
Van, truck or specialist handling
You can move compact production kit by van, larger equipment by rigid or artic, and assess crane or carried-forklift options for suitable loads. One team can coordinate the vehicle choice and unloading instead of leaving your crew to solve a mismatch on arrival.
National reach, with the right vehicle for the job
A dedicated vehicle can take your booked load directly to the agreed destination. Nationwide capacity supports local collections and longer UK or European movements. For urgent UK courier work, collection within 60 minutes is available for many bookings, subject to location and availability.
Tracking, proof of delivery and people who act
Live tracking helps your team coordinate the receiver, and proof of delivery records the completed handover. Registered customers can book jobs, track drivers and check proof of delivery through our customer portal. Our operations team supports the work 24/7/365 and responds when access, timings or instructions change. Agree any specific reporting requirements when booking.
Fully insured transport, with the load understood
Your equipment and stock matter to the event. Our fully insured transport is arranged against the goods, their value and the booked service, with applicable cover confirmed before collection. Specialist or high-value requirements are discussed up front so you know the arrangement you are buying.
Three generations of transport experience
Synergix is an independent family business built on three generations in transport. That experience informs the vehicle choice and planning, while the people managing your job remain accountable for it. You can reach the team making decisions when the event programme changes.

Coverage, timing and price
UK event equipment transport and European movements can be planned around the load and programme. Book specialist equipment early. The quote depends on vehicle/body, load, route, handling, slots, waiting and return work. Urgent courier options are assessed separately from heavy or specialist movements.
Buying the service
Buying event equipment transport for your business
Use the same clear brief for the quotation, site team and purchasing team. Agree the transport scope and responsibilities before the vehicle is committed.
Compare the complete quotation
Specify the inventory, packaged sizes, weights, value, vehicle, collection and receiving times. Compare the same loading, unloading, carrying and return requirements. Extra crew, lifting equipment, waiting and changed loads affect the scope and price.
Agree visibility and changes
Live tracking and proof of delivery are available. Specify your receiving contacts and reporting needs, and name the person authorised to change the booking. Our real operational team is available 24/7/365 when timing or access changes. A POD records the agreed handover; it does not certify installation or operation.
Supplier approval and repeat work
For hire movements, tours or repeat programmes, share equipment owner references, return depots, event dates and reporting needs. Confirm responsibilities at each handover. Send supplier-approval and insurance requirements to the team before work starts. Applicable cover is confirmed for the goods, their value and the booked service. Purchase orders, invoicing, account terms, supporting documents and any extra reporting need individual agreement.
Read our standard trading terms and confirm the quoted service, charges and applicable cover before booking.
Event equipment transport
Questions before you book.
Practical answers about this service and your event requirements.
What event equipment do you move?
Established work includes staging, production equipment, displays, fencing, toilets, trackway, golf carts and bar equipment. Send the actual load list so we can confirm suitability.
Can you transport fragile displays or production kit?
Yes, subject to suitable packaging and handling arrangements. Declare fragile items, value, protection, stacking restrictions and the required receiving point.
Can you supply a HIAB?
HIABs are used regularly for festivals. We assess load weight, dimensions, lifting points, reach, standing position, ground and surrounding hazards for each job.
How is a MOFFETT different?
A MOFFETT is a carried truck-mounted forklift used for suitable unloading and placement. A HIAB is a loader crane. They suit different loads and site arrangements.
Do you assemble staging or install equipment?
Transport and agreed unloading or placement are the core scope. Staging assembly, rigging, stand construction and technical installation are not automatically included.
Can you move golf carts?
Golf carts are part of our event work. Provide dimensions, weight, loading method and battery or fuel details so we can assess the vehicle and restraint arrangement.
Can you collect equipment after the event?
Yes, by arrangement. Confirm the get-out window, when the goods will be packed and ready, loading resources and the destination that can accept them.
Do I need a two-person team?
Tell us the individual weights, dimensions, access and handling task. We assess the people and equipment needed and confirm where any second person is required.
Can you move equipment between events?
Yes, where the route and programme can be agreed. Include both access windows, stock readiness, handling and receiving contacts.
What if the load will not fit a normal truck?
Send exact travelling dimensions, weight and photographs. We can assess specialist transport; vehicle choice, route restrictions and any advance arrangements must be confirmed.
Do flight cases mean equipment can be stacked?
Not automatically. Give the case owner’s stacking and handling instructions, actual weights and any fragile contents. Wheels, handles, restraint access and the loading order can restrict how cases fit.
Can golf carts travel with batteries or fuel?
Declare the cart type, battery or fuel details and travelling condition before booking. Provide owner instructions and relevant product information. We assess carriage, loading and securing for the actual equipment; acceptance is not automatic.
