Automotive parts courier
Collect the released part. Coordinate the workshop handover.
An automotive parts courier takes the purchased component, panel, wheel or suitable assembly from a supplier, branch or repairer to the waiting workshop. Synergix organises the dedicated movement around the release reference, packed load, technician’s deadline and receiving arrangements.
Urgent supplier collections
Use the correct order and release reference
Parts identification and compatibility remain with you and the supplier. Give us the exact collection reference, contact and ready time so the released consignment can be collected. Call promptly if the source or part changes.
Suitable vehicle and contents
Check more than the part’s name
An engine, bumper and boxed sensor have very different transport needs. Send packed measurements, actual weights and support requirements. Declare fuel, oil, batteries, airbags and other potentially regulated contents before dispatch.
Goods, products and practical jobs
Automotive parts and assemblies we transport.
We connect parts suppliers, branches, repairers and workshops with direct transport for the prepared consignment. A boxed component, protected panel and used assembly each need a different description, vehicle-space check and handover arrangement.
Boxed parts
Released mechanical and electrical components
Released mechanical and electrical parts can move directly from the stockholding supplier or branch to the workshop waiting for them. We organise collection around the supplier’s reference and readiness, with delivery to the agreed receiving contact.
A complete order may include several boxes or matched components, so identify the number of packages and total packed weight. Selection and compatibility remain with the purchasing business and supplier. The courier’s job is to move the released consignment and complete the agreed handover.
Provide the supplier reference, quantity and packed gross weights. Protect fragile and precision components. A compatible part must be selected and released by the supplier; the courier does not diagnose or choose the replacement.
Panels & trim
Bumpers, body panels and interior trim
Bumpers, body panels and trim can be light but awkwardly shaped, with finished surfaces needing protection. We choose the vehicle around the complete packed item, including projections and the orientation in which it can travel.
A long panel may need more loading length than its weight suggests. Explain whether it may flex, lie flat or have another item placed nearby, and protect vulnerable edges and faces. Include the receiving workshop’s access and any carrying required beyond the unloading point.
Measure the complete protected item and state whether it can stack, flex or lie flat. Finished surfaces and projecting pieces need suitable packaging and restraint. Long light items can still require a larger van.
Wheels & tyres
Prepared wheel and tyre consignments
Prepared wheels and tyres can travel between a supplier, branch, workshop or other agreed recipient. We organise the movement around the quantity, packed dimensions and gross weight, keeping the complete consignment identified for the receiving business.
State whether tyres are loose, wheels are fitted or the goods form packaged sets. The support and restraint need to suit the presentation. Larger quantities may use significant payload and space, so use the actual combined load rather than assume one tyre represents the whole booking.
State quantity, packed sizes, gross weight and whether wheels are fitted. Keep components secure and identify the receiver. Larger quantities need actual payload and load-securing checks.
Assemblies
Suitable engines, gearboxes and larger units
Engines, gearboxes and other substantial assemblies can require a supported or palletised transport arrangement. We plan the vehicle and handling around the complete unit, with the equipment at the releasing and receiving sites forming part of the requirement.
A used or failed assembly needs its actual condition described, including residual fluids and containment. Give the weight, support base and lifting instructions where available. The receiver must be able to unload the assigned vehicle using the agreed arrangement, rather than rely on the item simply fitting inside it.
Give weights, containment, lifting points and any remaining fluids. Confirm loading and unloading equipment. A used or failed assembly needs its actual condition declared, rather than assumed equivalent to a new boxed part.
Batteries & regulated parts
Declared batteries, airbags and similar components
Batteries, airbags and other regulated automotive components need their contents and carriage requirements established before transport. Synergix provides ADR dangerous-goods transport, with the service organised for the declared goods rather than treating every automotive order as ordinary boxed freight.
Provide the exact item type, quantity and condition, with the available manufacturer or supplier information. A new packaged component, a used item and a damaged battery may present different requirements. Declare abnormal condition and do not assume that a previous ordinary parts booking covers the new consignment.
Send the exact type, quantity, condition, packaging and available classification information. Synergix provides dangerous-goods transport by road (ADR) transport, but these items are assessed before acceptance. Damaged batteries and other abnormal conditions need explicit attention.
Repair & branch movements
Parts transferred or returned under an agreed reference
Automotive transport can include stock transfers between branches, components travelling to a repairer and declared returns to a supplier. We arrange the agreed collection and delivery legs around the release references, receiving contacts and useful turnaround.
Identify which unit is moving on each leg and whether its packaging or condition changes. A failed part going back is not necessarily equivalent to the clean replacement coming out. Include waiting, an exchange or a later return collection so the quotation covers the complete requirement.
Provide authority to release, collection and return references and the expected turnaround. Explain which unit is going out and which is returning, with separate condition and packaging information for each.
Protected automotive glass
Protected automotive glass
Prepared screens and other automotive glazing need support, edge protection and a defined handling arrangement. We organise transport around the complete protected piece and the supplier’s permitted orientation.
Give dimensions, individual weights and photographs or handling instructions where useful. Explain loading and the receiving route. A panel fitting inside a van is not by itself a suitable support or manual-handling plan.
Exhaust sections and long components
Exhaust sections and long components
Prepared exhaust sections, pipes and other long components can need more loading length than their weight suggests. We collect the released goods and organise delivery to the workshop or other receiving contact.
Measure the full packed length and projections, protect sharp edges and explain whether pieces may stack. Include the complete bundle weight. Used components need their condition and any remaining contents declared before collection.
Braking and suspension kits
Braking and suspension kits
Matched braking or suspension components can be moved as a prepared supplier order for a waiting workshop. We organise collection and direct delivery of the complete released kit.
Identify references and package counts, including dense metal pieces. Use actual gross weights and protect finished or precision surfaces. Part compatibility and decisions about fitting remain with the purchasing business, supplier and technician.
Diagnostic and electrical equipment
Diagnostic and electrical equipment
Protected diagnostic units, electrical test equipment and associated cases can move between workshops, branches or another agreed holder. We organise transport around the complete equipment set and its receiving appointment.
Include leads, accessories and battery information, with fragility and declared value. Specify support and orientation instructions. Calibration, programming, technical operation and installation are separate from the transport service.
Declared electric-vehicle components
Declared electric-vehicle components
Electric-vehicle parts can involve ordinary prepared components as well as batteries or other restricted equipment. We organise the enquiry around the exact item, condition and applicable carriage requirement rather than the vehicle category alone.
Provide the supplier’s available description, weights and classification information. Batteries, damaged parts and abnormal condition need specific declaration and acceptance. A standard parts journey does not automatically cover a traction battery or other restricted unit.
Workshop tools and service equipment
Workshop tools and service equipment
Prepared tools, cases and suitable service equipment can need delivery to the workshop or engineer using them. We choose transport around the complete packed load and the facilities for lifting and receiving it.
Declare batteries, fluids, cylinders and other restricted contents. Give individual weights for heavy equipment and include all accessories. Use of the equipment, fitting and commissioning remain separate from the movement.
Restoration parts and finished trim
Restoration parts and finished trim
Prepared restoration components and finished trim can combine awkward shapes with vulnerable surfaces or unusual value. We organise direct transport between the authorised holder and the agreed workshop or recipient.
Provide protected dimensions, orientation and handling instructions, including pieces that cannot flex or stack. Declare value and condition before booking. Identify the actual release reference, especially where items are held by a private seller or specialist supplier.
Complete orders from several suppliers
Complete orders from several suppliers
A repair or project may depend on parts released at more than one collection point. We organise the agreed customer-only route so the declared consignments reach the receiving workshop together.
List each supplier, ready time, order reference and package count. The combined load must fit at every stage. Tell us promptly about missing or changed items, and include any return collection or failed unit in the quotation.

Specialist and refrigerated specifications require their own confirmation. Availability and the suitable configuration are agreed before booking.
From the first call to the handover
How your job works.
Share the essentials, agree the plan, then keep the people at each end ready.
- Tell us the requirement
Share the goods, packaged dimensions and weight, route, ready time, deadline and contacts. Tell us about value, restricted contents and handling before we quote.
- We plan and confirm
We check vehicle suitability, access, equipment, timing and price. The booking confirmation records the agreed service. Quote enquiries alone do not dispatch a vehicle.
- Move, hand over and confirm
The movement follows the agreed plan, supported by tracking and operational updates. Delivery is recorded with POD. Tell us promptly about changes, returns or a receiving problem.
A workshop may have the technician and vehicle ready while the part is at another branch or supplier. Arrange the purchase and release, then give us the order reference, packed goods and actual deadline. We assess a direct movement so your team can plan the next task with a clear transport arrangement.
This service carries parts and prepared components. It does not include vehicle recovery, roadside repair or mechanical fitting. Where a failed assembly is going to a specialist or a replacement must return, include the complete journey, condition and expected timings in the enquiry.
Make the job workable
Plan the load and the workshop access.
A useful delivery needs a prepared consignment and someone ready to receive it with the right equipment.
Link the part to the waiting workshop
Give the supplier’s part/order reference, release time, workshop address and technician’s latest useful arrival. Ask for packed dimensions and weight, particularly for panels, wheels and assemblies. If a battery or fluid-containing unit is involved, send the product/model and condition before booking so the transport requirements can be checked.
Workshop handover
Name the branch, bay or parts counter
Give the actual entrance, contact and receiving hours. For out-of-hours delivery, agree who receives the goods and any access instructions. Do not assume an unattended forecourt is a suitable delivery point.
Heavy or awkward units
Arrange equipment before collection
State whether a forklift, crane or another lifting method is required and available. Check pallet dimensions, gross weight, stable packing and safe lifting points. A tail lift is not automatically suitable for every assembly.
How the service helps
The requirement
A workshop is waiting for a released component
Send the supplier’s order reference, ready time and workshop contact. We check urgent collection, the suitable van and direct delivery against the latest useful arrival.
The requirement
A prepared unit needs to go to a specialist
Declare the unit’s condition, residual contents, weight and packing. Confirm the specialist can receive and unload it, then include any replacement or return journey in the quote.

A clear enquiry helps us price the actual work and confirm the right service.
Coverage and scheduling
Where and when it is needed

Suitable courier collections have an average 60-minute target; heavy, hazardous or specialist arrangements are confirmed individually.
The price
What changes the quote
The quote depends on route, urgency, vehicle, packed size and weight, handling, contents, stops and waiting. Parts purchase and fitting are separate. Include returns, supplier changes and any dangerous-goods requirements in the initial brief.

Confirm the booked service.
Goods must be lawful to carry. Declare restricted goods and special requirements before booking, and obtain the required written acceptance. We explain any change, waiting, return or cancellation charges under the agreed quotation and applicable terms. An enquiry reference is not a booking confirmation.
Booking for a business or approving a supplier
For dealerships, factors and workshops, identify the release reference, workshop contact, delivery evidence and any return unit. Agree handling and declared value, including heavy assemblies. For branch circuits or fleet support, provide a typical schedule and supplier-onboarding requirements without assuming automatic account or payment terms.
Read the applicable terms and conditions alongside your agreed quote. Tell us any supplier-approval or ordering requirements before committing the job.
Questions before booking
Useful answers for your job.
Straight answers about the service, the timing and what to arrange.
Can you collect an urgent part from our supplier?
Yes, once the supplier has agreed its release. Give the order reference, contact, goods-ready time, packed load and destination.
How quickly can you collect automotive parts?
Our average UK courier collection target is 60 minutes, including out of hours. We confirm the available suitable vehicle and response for your particular goods.
Will you select the correct part for the vehicle?
No. Identification, compatibility, purchase and release are arranged with your supplier. We transport the consignment released under your reference.
Can you carry body panels or bumpers?
Suitable prepared items can be assessed. Provide protected dimensions, weight, orientation and stackability, with packaging that protects finished faces and projecting parts.
Can you move an engine or gearbox?
Possibly, using the actual unit details. Declare weight, condition, remaining fluids, containment, lifting points and loading equipment. The transport arrangement is confirmed for that load.
Can you transport automotive batteries?
Declare battery type, quantity, condition, classification and packaging before booking. Acceptance and any road dangerous-goods requirements (ADR) arrangement must be confirmed; there is no single rule covering every battery or consignment.
Can I include airbags or other regulated parts?
Declare them before quoting with the supplier’s classification and packaging information. We assess the appropriate service and written acceptance rather than treat them as ordinary boxed parts.
Do you move broken-down vehicles?
This page covers parts transport. It does not offer vehicle recovery, roadside repair or towing as part of a parts courier booking.
Can you arrange a repair-and-return movement?
Yes, where suitable. Include both consignments, condition, references, turnaround and receiving arrangements so outward, waiting and return work can be agreed.
Can you deliver overnight to a workshop?
Yes, with an agreed receiver or authorised access arrangement. Give the actual entrance and contact; do not assume unattended delivery is authorised.
Are our parts mixed with other deliveries?
No. The booked vehicle is dedicated to your goods, which stay aboard until their delivery point. Your agreed route can include several stops without other customers’ stock.
How will we know the part has arrived?
Live tracking, operational support and electronic POD support the journey and handover. Include the workshop contact and any required reference in the booking.
Where can I find the battery specification?
Use the battery or product label, manufacturer’s specification or the supplier’s transport information. Send the make/model, a clear photograph of an accessible label, quantity, whether fitted or spare, and any known damage, recall or modification. Do not open, dismantle or handle a suspect battery to obtain details. If information is missing, tell us; acceptance remains subject to the correct assessment.
Speak to a working transport team
Tell us what needs moving.
Send the goods, route and deadline. We will check the options and give you a practical plan and quote.
