Synergix offers same-day courier, planned transport and larger-load support for government and public-sector enquiries. We match the service to the goods, deadline, purchasing requirements and authorised receiver. Built around your work
A clear movement from sender to receiver.
Transport should reach the correct people and leave a delivery record that the booking team can use.
Get the ready consignment to the right office.
A physical file, prepared document pack or replacement supply may need a direct movement between locations. Provide the ready time, package count, reference and authorised recipient. Identify handling restrictions before booking so service suitability can be checked. A public reception address is not always the receiving point. Confirm the office or mailroom hours and who can accept the goods if the intended person is unavailable.
Plan capacity and handling together.
Prepared IT equipment, furniture and workplace supplies can need anything from a compact van to larger haulage or an agreed two-person service. Give the packed sizes, weights and equipment available at each site. Include room access, lifts and any positioning requirement in the brief. Technical disconnection, installation, data handling and disposal are separate tasks and must not be assumed to be included in a standard transport booking.
Build the delivery round around receiving hours.
For repeat collections, share the site list, expected loads, frequency and handover windows. Separately identify each destination’s order or asset reference and any return goods. We can plan regular routes and larger movements around the agreed work. Include closed days, restricted entrances and changing volumes so capacity and timing reflect the operation. Any procurement or service-specific condition must be resolved before the route starts.
Choose by the actual load
The right vehicle for the movement.
From a compact courier load to larger equipment. Vehicle size is one part of the plan; specialist goods, value and handling also need agreement.

Body type, refrigeration, door openings, tail lifts and other loading equipment change useful space and payload. The assigned vehicle, loaded weight, restraint and access must be checked. Floor space alone does not establish fit. Where pallet-truck handling is needed for a loaded pallet of 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck.
Goods and requirements
Types of public-sector goods and movements we support
Describe the actual contents and receiving requirements. Sensitive, regulated or unusual consignments require a separate suitability check.
- Prepared documents
- IT equipment
- Office furniture
- Estates supplies
- Print and materials
- Programme equipment
- Returns and reuse
Document packs, files and physical records
Provide package counts, deadlines, references and the correct recipient. The responsible organisation should prepare and protect the contents according to its handling requirements. Declare any restriction or classification before booking so transport suitability can be checked. A standard document courier is not automatic acceptance of every classified file or a substitute for the sender’s information-security procedure.
Prepared computers, screens and peripherals
Move suitably protected equipment between suppliers, offices and agreed receiving sites. Include cases, screens and accessories in the dimensions and total weight, and provide asset or project references where required. Declare batteries and valuable items. The responsible team should disconnect and prepare the equipment. Transport does not include data wiping, technical installation, configuration or a certificate of secure destruction.
Desks, chairs and workplace equipment
Provide packed dimensions, quantities and the route from vehicle to the agreed handover point. Stairs, usable lift size, narrow doors and parking can determine the team and service needed. Two-person handling or room placement may be arranged where suitable and agreed. Assembly, installation and packaging removal need to be included expressly in the scope.
Maintenance parts and public-building supplies
Connect suppliers and stores with the team responsible for the building. Identify part references, supplier release and the receiving contact. Larger replacement units may need mechanical handling. Declare chemicals, fluids, cylinders or battery-powered equipment for assessment. Transport supports delivery of the goods; repairs, electrical work, commissioning and technical site permissions remain separately arranged.
Printed information, display materials and supplies
Boxed publications, signs, prepared packs and general supplies need clear destination allocations and receiving references. State quantities, packaging and whether items can be stacked. Longer signs or display panels may need a larger vehicle than their weight suggests. Tell us about delivery slots and any requirement to keep batches together for the receiving team.
Prepared project and community-site goods
For a rollout or temporary programme, identify what goes to each site and when each location can receive it. Include reusable equipment, cases and a return plan. Confirm a safe loading area and responsible contact, especially where the public uses the same premises. Specialist contents or activities need separate assessment; a project title does not establish acceptance of every item associated with it.
Reusable assets, supplier returns and empty cases
Give the return authority, asset or order references, condition and destination. Keep reusable goods separate from waste or equipment intended for destruction. Batteries, damaged electronics, contamination and residual contents need declaring before collection. Transport of a prepared return does not establish a disposal, recycling, data-erasure or asset-valuation service.
Why choose Synergix?
Useful visibility. Practical responsibility.
Practical transport, visibility and active support for the work behind the delivery.
60-minute UK-wide courier collections.
Get ready documents or suitable supplies moving quickly when a normal delivery misses the deadline. We confirm timing against the location, goods and vehicle. Restricted access or specialist requirements need their own assessment.
Fully insured transport.
Declare the goods and value so applicable cover can be confirmed for the booked service. Prepared equipment and valuable assets need accurate descriptions. Tell us about any specific insurance condition before the booking is agreed.
Live tracking and proof of delivery.
Tracking supports receiving plans while electronic POD confirms handover. Registered customers can access bookings, tracking and delivery records through the portal. Agree the order, site or project reference your team needs to match the record.
Dedicated courier delivery.
A dedicated vehicle can connect the releasing sender with the agreed receiving location, reducing transfers. The actual goods, handling restrictions and handover instructions are checked before the movement is accepted.
Courier, haulage and planned routes.
Use the transport appropriate to the job, from an urgent package to prepared equipment or repeat site supplies. Storage, cross-docking and two-person support can be considered where suitable and agreed around the wider programme.
Experience and 24/7/365 operations.
Three generations of family transport experience inform vehicle, route and receiving decisions. Our operations team monitors booked work and acts when timings or access change. You can reach the people responsible for the movement and agree a practical response.
Collection timing is confirmed against the location, ready time, traffic, vehicle and availability. Specialist transport needs its own assessment. Cover follows the declared goods, value and agreed service.
Purchasing and scope
Agree the requirements before dispatch.
Your internal buying process and the actual transport must both be clear.
Provide the relevant order and conditions.
Tell us the purchase-order or cost-centre reference, invoicing details, authorised booking contact and any procurement condition affecting the service. We confirm what can be agreed for the job. A quote request is not a completed booking or evidence of eligibility under a particular purchasing arrangement.
Match the offer to the requirement.
Identify any required accreditation, clearance, information-handling standard or special delivery condition before booking. We check whether the requirement can be met and confirm the service scope. This page does not establish framework membership, government approval or security clearance. Do not send restricted contents on an ordinary courier booking without that assessment.
Public buildings and site access
Use the right entrance and receiving contact.
Public reception, goods-in and restricted offices may have different arrangements.
Confirm the operational destination.
Provide the approved entrance, delivery slot and named recipient or department. State parking, height and unloading restrictions, plus any identification, pass, induction or escort requirement. The responsible organisation must arrange appropriate access. A transport booking does not itself authorise entry to a controlled building or equipment area.
Agree what completes the delivery.
Confirm who may receive the goods and the references or record required. Tell us whether reception can sign or if handover must be to another authorised person. The consignment should be ready to move in appropriate packaging. Where your process needs more than the standard POD, agree that requirement and service suitability beforehand.
Programmes and returns
Plan the full route and the work at each stop.
Useful transport planning includes the load, site windows and return movement.
Share a representative schedule.
Provide dates, destinations, piece counts, packed weights and handling requirements. We can assess regular rounds, dedicated supplies or larger transport and any agreed storage stage. Include likely peaks and closed receiving periods. No route or standby arrangement is assumed until the complete service and available capacity are agreed.
Declare the condition and expected handling.
Include return items and describe whether they are reusable, supplier returns or waste. State forklift, tail-lift or two-person needs and any room placement. Preparation, packing, assembly, technical work and disposal must be scoped separately. The correct vehicle still needs a safe loading and unloading plan at each location.
UK and European transport
Tell us what, where and when.

Useful answers before booking
Government & Public Sector questions.
Practical answers about the goods, service and receiving arrangements.
Can we request a government or public-sector courier quote?
Yes. Send the goods, locations, ready time and deadline, with your purchasing, handling and receiving requirements. We confirm whether the suitable service and booking terms can be agreed.
Do you provide same-day document transport?
Yes, for accepted and suitably prepared consignments. Provide the package count, deadline, reference and authorised recipient. Any restriction or classification must be declared for service assessment before collection.
How quickly can a courier collect?
Our UK-wide courier proposition offers 60-minute collections, with the actual window confirmed for location, vehicle, goods and availability. Restricted access and specialist service requirements may need additional planning.
Can we use a purchase-order reference?
Provide the required reference, authorised booking contact and invoicing requirements when enquiring. We agree the booking and account arrangements. Do not assume a quote request itself creates an approved account or credit terms.
Can we book through a government framework?
This page does not establish membership of a government purchasing framework. Confirm your permitted purchasing route and any supplier eligibility requirements with your buying team, then discuss the actual requirements with Synergix.
Can you carry classified or restricted materials?
These require a specific suitability assessment against the sender’s requirements before any booking. Do not assume a general document courier has the necessary clearance or approval. Agree the service before releasing restricted contents.
Can you deliver to a controlled public building?
We can assess delivery to the authorised receiving point. Provide the access, identification or escort requirements, delivery window and correct receiver. The responsible organisation controls permission to enter.
Do you offer regular inter-site collections?
Yes, planned routes can be assessed around site lists, loads, frequency and receiving times. Include references, return goods, closed days and any special requirements so the service can be agreed properly.
Can you move office furniture and IT equipment?
Yes, subject to packed dimensions, weight, condition and access. Tell us about mechanical or two-person handling and room placement. Disconnection, installation, data handling and assembly need separate agreement.
Do you provide data wiping or secure destruction?
These are not included in a standard transport movement. Describe the actual requirement and use the appropriate approved service for technical data work, destruction or disposal.
Can our team obtain tracking and proof of delivery?
Yes. Live tracking and electronic POD support booked work. Registered customers can use the booking, tracking and POD portal. Agree the reference, receiver and any additional records needed before dispatch.
Are public-sector goods insured?
We provide fully insured transport. Declare the goods and value, with any specific cover requirement, so applicable cover can be confirmed for the agreed service. No policy amount is assumed from the sector name.
Start with the actual requirement
Tell us the goods, sites and deadline.
Share the practical movement and purchasing requirements. We will confirm the service, vehicle and receiving plan before booking.
