The work behind your business

Your collection.
At the next destination.

A store allocation, a sample collection and a full seasonal shipment need different capacity, but the same clarity on handling and timing.

Retail distribution

Stock from RDC to the receiving store.

Hanging garments and boxed fashion stock can move on scheduled warehouse-to-store routes, with allocations identified before loading. Send store locations, receiving windows and the stock format so vehicle capacity and delivery order fit the operation. Our existing garment service includes specialist rail-equipped Luton options, booked against the load and availability. Planned replenishment and stock transfers can keep the work connected instead of arranging every store delivery in isolation.

Samples & launches

Direct movement for the next appointment.

A buyer presentation, fitting, shoot or launch may depend on a sample rail reaching a particular person at a particular time. We can arrange a dedicated collection of ready garments, cases or boxed accessories and deliver to the agreed receiver. Provide piece counts, value, protective requirements and the latest useful arrival. If samples are needed back afterwards, include their release time and return destination in the plan.

Seasonal stock & returns

Plan the outward and return flow.

New collections, store openings and seasonal changeovers can create a mix of inbound stock, transfers and returns. Synergix can connect storage, cross-docking and distribution where required, with the handling and stock-management scope agreed. Separate each destination and stock status, including samples, customer returns and reusable rails or packaging. That gives receiving teams a clearer record of what arrives and what is due to travel back.

Include pallets, crates, racks and packaging in the loaded size and weight. A long or fragile item can need space without much weight. Check door openings, payload, loading equipment and the receiving point. Conversions and specialist equipment can change useful capacity.

Goods, formats & destinations

Types of fashion goods we transport

Tell us whether each item needs to travel hanging, boxed, in cases or on a supplied rail. Packaging format affects space and handling.

  • Hanging garments
  • Boxed apparel
  • Footwear & accessories
  • Samples & collections
  • Occasion & delicate garments
  • Uniforms & workwear
  • Returns & reusable rails
Garment-on-hanger transport for store stock

Jackets, dresses, coats, suits and other hanging stock need the rail space and clearance planned for their actual format. Share garment quantities, lengths, protective covers and how the load will transfer at each end. Vehicle-mounted rails and portable stock rails are different requirements. We confirm suitable capacity and the loading arrangement instead of treating every garment as the same size.

Folded clothing and packaged stock

Cartons of knitwear, T-shirts, denim and other apparel need a counted load with packed dimensions and weights. Identify store or order allocations and any stacking limit. Keep stock protected from dirt and moisture in suitable packaging. A dedicated urgent movement or a scheduled multi-store route can be chosen around the quantity, receiving windows and service required.

Shoes, bags and boxed fashion accessories

Product boxes and presentation packaging can be important to the onward sale. State carton quantities, weight, value and protection needs, and identify fragile or non-stackable items. Keep related stock allocations together. Particularly valuable items or specialist security requirements must be declared before booking so the service and applicable cover can be confirmed for the actual goods.

Designer samples, showroom rails and shoot stock

Sample pieces need clear counts and references so the releasing and receiving teams can reconcile the collection. Tell us about hanging requirements, protective cases, garment bags and value. Give a named stylist, studio or showroom contact rather than only the building address. Include any appointment window and a separate return brief if the items are due back after use.

Structured pieces and presentation-sensitive clothing

Eveningwear, tailoring and other delicate pieces can require extra clearance and protection against compression. Describe the item’s shape, length and any handling instruction from the maker or owner. Use suitable covers or transport packaging and declare value. The team agrees the movement; steaming, pressing, alteration or garment-care work is not assumed part of courier delivery.

Prepared clothing orders for businesses

Move boxed or hanging uniform and workwear allocations between suppliers, warehouses and customer sites. Label locations, departments or order references clearly and give the receiving windows. Repeated supply can be planned across several stops. Declared transport handles the prepared order; on-site issue, fitting, laundering and wearer administration are separate tasks that need their own service agreement.

Stock returns, sample collections and empty equipment

State which goods are returning, their condition, quantities and destination, with return authorisation where required. Portable rails, reusable garment covers and cases must be included in space and weight calculations. Keep unwanted stock separate from waste or contaminated items. Collection records establish the transport handover, while the retailer or supplier controls any commercial return or credit acceptance.

Why choose Synergix?

Protect the stock.
Keep the plan moving.

Fast response, the right transport and visibility through to the handover. Here is what those strengths mean for your team.

Rapid response

60-minute UK-wide courier collections.

Recover ready samples, missed stock or urgent store replenishment quickly. Hanging-rail vehicles need their suitable capacity confirmed. Send the ready time and deadline so we can confirm the collection window. Larger and specialist vehicles need a separate availability check.

Insured transport

Confidence in the goods you entrust to us.

Fully insured transport supports your fashion stock movements. Declare the goods and their value before booking so the applicable cover and any additional arrangements can be confirmed for the service.

Delivery visibility

Live tracking and proof of delivery.

See the movement and confirm the handover through live tracking and live PODs. Registered customers can use the booking, tracking and POD portal, helping your team answer enquiries and close delivery records.

Dedicated courier

Your goods, driven direct.

Take an urgent collection from the releasing team to the named store, showroom or studio receiver. A dedicated courier vehicle is committed to the agreed job, reducing transfers and avoiding parcel-hub sorting. Planned multi-drop and haulage services follow their own agreed movement plan.

Connected support

One team for the wider operation.

Combine hanging-garment vehicles, UK and European transport, regular retail routes, storage and returns under an agreed plan. Our operations team supports live work 24/7/365 and acts on disruption, so a changed receiving window or delayed release has somebody managing the next step.

Proven experience

Practical knowledge behind the delivery.

Trusted by some of the fashion industry’s largest companies, Synergix brings established garment and retail distribution experience to the work. Three generations of family transport experience inform the planning, handling and decisions behind the work. We combine that knowledge with national reach and a personal point of responsibility.

Courier collection timing is confirmed when booking, subject to location, load, vehicle, traffic and availability. Insurance cover follows the declared goods, value and agreed service.

Urgent and regular

A sample today.
A store route every week.

Use the transport pattern that suits the collection, rather than force every fashion order into one delivery model.

Dedicated courier

For time-critical stock and samples.

Send the releasing contact, ready time and latest useful arrival. We confirm the vehicle and any hanging requirement before dispatch. A direct movement can keep a ready collection together without parcel-hub sorting, with the handover arranged to the person who needs it.

Planned distribution

For repeat replenishment and rollouts.

RDC-to-store runs, stock transfers and scheduled deliveries can be built around trading and receiving hours. Share volumes, formats, allocations and returns. We agree capacity and delivery order for a route or programme, including periods when seasonal demand changes the usual pattern.

Format and presentation

Plan the space
around the garments.

The number of pieces alone does not explain how much usable transport space a collection needs.

Hanging requirements

Rail length and clearance matter.

Tell us the garment lengths, hangers, covers, quantity and any delicate construction. Explain the transfer arrangement at collection and delivery, including whether portable rails travel with the stock. A rail-equipped vehicle must be booked specifically; the standard vehicle dimensions are planning guidance, not a universal garment capacity.

Cartons and mixed loads

Keep presentation and allocations protected.

Provide packed sizes and weight for cartons and cases, with any pressure or stacking restriction. Mixed hanging and boxed stock needs an agreed load plan. Labels and references should identify each receiving store or order, avoiding unnecessary unpacking or resorting during the handover.

Stores and showrooms

The receiver makes
the handover work.

Keep delivery instructions specific to the appointment, store or showroom rather than relying on its public opening times.

Receiving detail

An entrance, a window and a contact.

Include service-yard instructions, goods-in bookings and vehicle restrictions. For studios and showrooms, identify the team expecting the stock and the access for cases or rails. Tell us if delivery falls outside staffed hours so an agreed receiver is in place.

Europe and return plans

Include both directions early.

For European stock and sample movements, provide the countries, goods, value and documentation requirements. Customs and temporary-movement arrangements must be planned with the responsible parties. Give a separate return-ready time where needed; outward delivery does not automatically book a later collection or settle border formalities.

A complete brief. A useful quote.

Tell us what, where
and when.

Send the stock format, destination allocation and actual receiving requirement. For hanging stock, include garment length and rail-space information as well as piece count.

What affects the quote?

The route, vehicle, loaded space and weight, urgency, stops, waiting and handling affect the price. Include repeat dates, booked slots, return work and specialist requirements so the quote reflects the complete job.

Answers before you book

Fashion & apparel questions.

Practical answers about the goods, timing, handling, service and delivery arrangements.

Do you transport hanging garments?

Yes. Synergix provides hanging-garment transport with specialist rail-equipped vehicle options, including established Luton capability. Send the garment quantity, length, rail requirement, covers and loading arrangement so the suitable vehicle can be confirmed.

What does garment on hanger or GOH delivery mean?

It means transporting garments in a hanging format using the suitable rails or agreed equipment, rather than folding them into ordinary cartons. We confirm the hanging arrangement, garment clearance and transfer method for your stock before booking.

Can you move boxed clothing as well as hanging stock?

Yes. We can arrange transport for boxed apparel and mixed loads where the vehicle and handling are suitable. Give the full carton count, packed sizes and weights, together with any hanging allocation or stacking restriction.

Can you deliver directly from an RDC to stores?

Yes. This is established Synergix work. Share the stores, stock formats, allocations, receiving windows and returns so a scheduled route or one-off movement can be agreed.

Can you collect urgent fashion samples on the same day?

Yes. Dedicated courier transport can collect ready samples and deliver to an agreed store, studio or showroom contact. Our 60-minute UK-wide courier collection proposition is confirmed against the job. Specialist rail-equipped capacity needs its own availability check.

Do you deliver to photoshoots, showrooms and fashion appointments?

We can arrange the transport of prepared garments, cases and stock to these receiving points. Give a named contact, access instructions and the latest useful arrival. State any hanging, delicate handling or return requirement before booking.

Will you supply portable garment rails?

Tell us what is required. Vehicle-mounted hanging rails and portable rails travelling with the stock are different arrangements. We confirm the equipment included in the quote rather than assume portable rails or their hire are provided as standard.

How many garments can a vehicle carry?

Capacity depends on the garment length, density, protection, hanging arrangement, other goods and exact vehicle. Send the stock profile and space requirement. A nominal van size or standard payload does not establish a fixed number of garments.

Will you unpack, steam or prepare garments for display?

These tasks are separate from ordinary courier transport. Explain any extra stock handling you need so the available scope can be agreed. Do not assume garment care, display preparation or store merchandising is included with delivery.

Can you collect returns and empty rails?

Yes, where the goods, references, quantities and destination are declared and accepted. Include the dimensions of rails and cases and the return-ready time. Commercial return approval or credit remains with the retailer or supplier.

Can you transport fashion stock between the UK and Europe?

Yes. We arrange UK and European transport. Include countries, goods, value, readiness, receiving deadlines and documentation requirements. Sample or temporary movements may need specific customs arrangements, which must be planned with the relevant parties before dispatch.

Are garments insured and can we track delivery?

We provide fully insured transport, live tracking and live PODs. Declare the stock and value so applicable cover can be confirmed. Registered customers can access bookings, tracking and proof of delivery through the customer portal.

One urgent delivery or a regular programme
