MAINTENANCE PARTS. MULTI-SITE SUPPORT. PROPERTY LOGISTICS.
Facilities management
& property logistics.
A missing pump, a contractor waiting for fittings or equipment needed before a building reopens. Synergix moves maintenance spares, workplace equipment and project supplies between suppliers, engineers and managed properties across the UK. Use a dedicated same-day courier for an urgent part or planned transport for a property portfolio. Send the goods, site contact and deadline so we can arrange the vehicle and handover around the work.

Built around your work
Keep the maintenance plan moving.
The transport job is often the link between a supplier having the right part and an engineer being able to finish the work.
Get the missing part to the person doing the work.
When an engineer identifies a failed control, valve or pump, waiting for the next routine delivery can extend the disruption. Synergix can collect ready-to-go parts from a supplier or another depot and deliver directly to the agreed site contact. Give us the part reference, collection release details and the engineer’s receiving window. We check whether the destination is a staffed stores entrance, loading bay or another authorised handover point, rather than assuming the building’s public address is enough.
Supply the visit before the engineer arrives.
For planned servicing, coordinate filters, fittings, replacement units and equipment with the maintenance schedule. We can arrange repeat routes or project-specific collections across a property portfolio, grouping the work where that suits the deadlines. Separately labelled site orders and clear quantities reduce confusion at handover. Share the working hours and restrictions for every property so a van does not arrive after the authorised receiver has left or before the building can accept the equipment.
Move equipment between properties without losing control.
Office changes, landlord works and property refreshes create a mixture of new deliveries, transfers and returns. We can connect supplier collection, storage or cross-docking and onward delivery where the programme needs it. Desks, screens, appliances and maintenance equipment may need different vehicles and handling from cartons of consumables. Agree the actual unloading, stairs, lift access, room positioning and any two-person work in advance. Transport of reusable equipment is distinct from waste clearance or electrical installation.

Body type, refrigeration, door openings, tail lifts and other loading equipment change useful space and payload. The assigned vehicle, loaded weight, restraint and access must be checked. Floor space alone does not establish fit. Where pallet-truck handling is needed for a loaded pallet of 800 kg or more, request an electric pump truck.
Goods and requirements
Types of property and maintenance goods we transport
From a boxed spare to a larger replacement unit, the packed size, weight and site access decide the vehicle and handling.
- HVAC spares
- Pumps and plumbing
- Electrical components
- Workplace equipment
- Cleaning and service supplies
- Access and safety equipment
- Returns and reusable stock
Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts
Filters, fan assemblies, controls and replacement components can move from merchants or distribution centres to maintenance teams. Identify delicate fins, loose fittings and any orientation restrictions. Complete units need their packed dimensions and weight checked. Refrigerants, pressurised cylinders and equipment containing regulated substances require a separate assessment; naming a part as HVAC does not establish that it is suitable for an ordinary van movement.
Pumps, valves and plumbing components
Replacement pumps, actuators, valves and fittings can be collected for reactive work or scheduled servicing. Drain and prepare used equipment appropriately, protect ports and identify heavy or uneven loads. A compact pump can still need lifting equipment. Tell us whether the receiver has a forklift or needs a suitable tail-lift arrangement, and whether delivery is to a stores area or another agreed safe handover point.
Lighting, controls and electrical spares
Move boxed lighting, control gear, sensors and replacement components without sending an engineer away from the job to collect them. Fragile fittings need suitable packaging, while boards and longer assemblies need their full packed dimensions recorded. Confirm the exact collection reference and authorised receiver. Transport does not include testing, isolation, connection or commissioning of electrical equipment.
Furniture, screens and workplace fittings
For workplace changes, we can move furniture, display equipment and fixtures between suppliers, storage and properties. Protect corners, polished surfaces and screens, and identify items that cannot be stacked. A reception delivery and a room-of-choice delivery need different planning. Tell us about stairs, usable lift dimensions, building protection and two-person handling so the quoted service matches the work expected.
Cleaning equipment and site consumables
Boxed consumables, packaged supplies and service equipment can be delivered on one-off or repeat routes. Separate each property’s order and provide a receiving contact. Cleaning chemicals, aerosols, battery-powered machines and used equipment need their actual contents and condition declared. Where goods are regulated, we assess the required service rather than treating all cleaning supplies as ordinary general freight.
Tools, access equipment and replacement fittings
Transport tools, packaged safety equipment and suitable access equipment between stores and work sites. Give the longest dimensions, loaded weight and any restrictions on stacking or restraint. The receiver must have a safe unloading plan for large equipment. Arranging transport does not certify equipment as safe to use or replace the contractor’s inspection and site-permission responsibilities.
Surplus parts, repair returns and reusable equipment
Return unused stock, supplier-authorised parts and reusable equipment after a visit or project. Provide the return authorisation and make sure the collection team knows which goods are being released. Used, leaking, contaminated or end-of-life equipment needs separate assessment. We do not assume that a return is ordinary reusable stock simply because it is leaving a managed property.
Why choose Synergix?
Transport that helps your team finish the job.
Practical transport, visibility and active support for the work behind the delivery.
60-minute UK-wide courier collections.
Urgent courier collections help recover a maintenance visit when the needed part is available elsewhere. We confirm the collection window for the postcode, ready time and suitable vehicle.
Fully insured transport.
Protect the equipment and stock entrusted to us with cover checked against the declared goods, value and agreed service. Tell us about unusually valuable or specialist units before booking.
Live tracking and proof of delivery.
Live tracking and electronic POD help the helpdesk confirm the part has reached the agreed receiver. Registered customers can use the booking, tracking and POD portal for repeat work.
Dedicated, direct courier delivery.
A dedicated vehicle can take urgent parts straight from the supplier to the property, avoiding parcel-hub sorting and unnecessary transfers on the way to the engineer.
Support beyond a single delivery.
Combine courier, larger haulage, warehousing and two-person delivery where the portfolio requires them. A 24/7/365 operations team can act when access or schedules change.
Practical transport judgement.
Three generations of family transport experience sit behind practical decisions about loads, routes and receivers. Synergix is trusted by some of the largest companies in the sectors it serves, with the same attention given to individual urgent jobs.
Collection timing is confirmed against the location, ready time, traffic, vehicle and availability. Specialist transport needs its own assessment. Cover follows the declared goods, value and agreed service.
REACTIVE AND PLANNED
One urgent job or a whole portfolio.
Use the service around how your maintenance operation actually works.
Recover a disrupted visit.
An urgent part run works best when the goods are ready and the receiver is available. Share the fault-related deadline, supplier opening time and any collection authority. We assess the whole journey and confirm a practical collection and delivery plan. If the engineer may move on to another job, agree who will receive the part rather than relying on an unattended drop.
Build transport into the schedule.
For a multi-property programme, provide the site list, quantities, order references and servicing dates. We can plan repeat collections, multi-drop routes and larger deliveries according to the work. Include any returns and reusable equipment in the brief so onward supply and backhaul can be considered together. No fixed route is assumed suitable until receiving windows and load capacity are checked.
OCCUPIED BUILDINGS
The last few metres matter.
Getting to the postcode is only part of a successful property delivery.
Use the right entrance and contact.
Managed buildings may separate public reception, goods-in and contractor access. Provide the named receiver, loading-bay instructions, vehicle-height limits and any booking or escort requirement. A driver should know where the authorised handover happens. Do not place keys, entry codes or sensitive site-security details in a public quotation note when a private arrangement is more appropriate.
Agree the work beyond the vehicle.
Tell us whether the goods need a forklift, tail lift or two-person team and whether they must pass through doors, stairs or a lift. Room positioning, assembly or other additional work must be agreed, with the actual equipment and access checked. A standard courier delivery is not automatically an engineer’s mate, installation service or building porterage team.
COST AND CONTROL
Quote the job with the detail that changes it.
A clear brief helps avoid unnecessary vehicle size and failed visits.
Match capacity to the actual load.
Use packed dimensions, total weight and the number of non-stackable pieces. Long fittings and awkward units can determine floor space before payload is reached. Explain any hard deadline and the supplier’s ready time. Where urgent and routine items have different priorities, identify them so the service can be planned without treating everything as the same emergency.
Close the loop after delivery.
Identify the purchase order, property code or work-order reference that the receiving team needs. Electronic POD confirms the delivery, while a separate return reference controls equipment going back. Tell us if an empty case or exchange unit must be collected at the same time. Waste, refrigerant recovery and disposal require their own suitable arrangements.

Useful answers before booking
Facilities Management & Property questions.
Practical answers about the goods, service and receiving arrangements.
Can you collect a maintenance part and deliver it to our engineer today?
Yes, where the goods and route can meet the deadline. Send the supplier’s ready time, part reference, engineer’s location and receiving window. We confirm the collection plan before dispatch.
How quickly can you collect an urgent part?
We offer 60-minute UK-wide courier collections, with the actual window confirmed for the postcode, ready time, traffic and suitable vehicle. Larger or specialist vehicles can need more lead time.
Can you support a regular multi-site maintenance route?
Yes. Share the property list, order volumes, required days and receiving windows. We can plan repeat collections and multi-drop work around the agreed service.
Can you deliver outside normal office hours?
Yes, by arrangement. Our operations team is available 24/7/365, but the supplier, site access and authorised receiver must also be available for the planned movement.
Do you deliver into plant rooms or install equipment?
Any positioning or additional handling must be agreed beforehand. Tell us about the route inside the building and the equipment needed. Transport does not automatically include installation, connection or commissioning.
Can you move furniture and larger replacement units?
Yes, subject to the load and access check. Provide packed dimensions, weight and unloading details so we can choose an appropriate van, truck or two-person service.
Can you collect used parts or surplus stock?
Yes, for suitably prepared and authorised returns. Declare contamination, leaks or end-of-life equipment, as waste and regulated goods need separate assessment.
Do you carry refrigerants and cleaning chemicals?
These need a specific assessment. Supply the actual substance, packaging, quantity and relevant classification information so the suitable service can be checked before acceptance.
Will our helpdesk receive proof of delivery?
Electronic proof of delivery is available after handover. Registered customers can use the booking, tracking and POD portal. Agree the required work-order or property reference when booking.
What determines the price?
The route, urgency, vehicle, load, waiting, unloading and any additional handling affect the quote. A complete site brief helps us price the service actually needed.
Can you collect an exchange unit when delivering a replacement?
Yes, if agreed and ready for collection. Provide both item descriptions, preparation details and the supplier’s return authority. We will include the return movement in the plan.
Do we need an account to ask for a one-off delivery?
No. Request a quote or call with the job details. Regular customers can also discuss repeat work and portal arrangements.
Start with the actual requirement
Where does the engineer need it?
Send the part, supplier, property and deadline. We will turn the brief into a practical collection and delivery plan.
