Brockwell Live 2025 – 20 trailers - A Win for the Team

Now that the dust’s settled and the park’s cleared, it’s time to look back at Brockwell Live and give credit where it’s due. Despite the headlines, the protests, the road drama and all the noise around the event, one thing remained solid, the logistics. 20 trailer in total, every trailer in, every trailer out, bang on time. No delays, no drama. Just smooth operations from start to finish.

If you were anywhere near the area, you’ll know the atmosphere wasn’t exactly calm. Campaigners, climate activists, noise complaints. There was no shortage of public opinion. We respect the right to protest, of course, but that didn’t make the job any easier. Roads blocked, routes changed last minute, an ever-changing schedule... yet, our team kept their heads down and got the job done.

Planning for an event of this scale is never straightforward. You’re talking about dozens of artic trailers, tight turnaround times, and a site that has strict noise restrictions and access windows. Add a backdrop of tension and it could’ve been chaos. But it wasn’t. That’s down to proper preparation, clear communication, and experienced professionals who know how to keep calm when things heat up.

And most importantly, we did right by our customer and their customer. From start to finish, our focus was on making sure the organisers had as little agg as possible. No chasing, no chasing us. Just straight answers, dependable arrivals, and the kind of behind the scenes graft that keeps everything ticking along without anyone needing to stress. We handled the logistics so they could focus on delivering the event.

Every driver knew their brief, every move was coordinated to the minute. There were backup routes, contact trees, contingency plans. And yes, we used all of them. But that’s the job. The crowd saw a festival. We saw a time sensitive operation with zero margin for error. And we nailed it.

A huge thanks goes out to our drivers, site crews, security teams, local authorities and the organisers themselves. Everyone played their part and the result speaks for itself. Trailers in and out without a single missed window or damaged load.

Brockwell Live may have had its critics this year, but from a logistics standpoint, it was textbook. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just solid graft, planning and execution.

Here’s to the next one. Same again, yeah?
